Great Mic with Minor Cosmetic Issue
The media could not be loaded. I picked up this Rhode mic for my webinar meetings and overall I'm really happy with it. The sound quality is exactly what I was looking for and it's been working great for my needs. One thing I noticed when I first got it was that there were some white marks on the surface. I was a bit concerned at first thinking they might be scratches or permanent damage, but turns out they just wiped right off with a cloth. Not sure if it was from packaging or handling during shipping, but it wasn't a big deal since they came off easily. The mic itself performs really well and feels solid. Setup was straightforward and I haven't had any technical issues with it. The build quality seems good and it's been reliable so far.Would definitely recommend this mic - just don't worry if you see some white marks when you first unbox it. They're probably just surface residue that cleans off no problem.

Great quality mic at a good price.
I use the RØDE NT-USB Mini for recording vocals and instruments. It works great on my android phone as well as my PC. On my PC it interfaces seamlessly with my DAW. Because it is a condenser mic, it is sensitive and does pick up some ambient noises. It attaches to the “stand” with a rubber friction fit, which is not especially stable. It is a good idea to use a bona fide mic stand. Great quality mic at a good price.

One of the best small USB Mics you can buy
Overall this a great little mic if you need some small for voice.Pros:Small sizeHigh quality nylon and aluminum constructionSimple magnetic baseStrong headphone amplifier built in, able to drive many headphones, including those with higher impedance like the MDR V6 at 53ohmsCompact and portableSolid USB C connection with a quality, adequate length included cableCons:Limited to 96khz. People debate this, but 192khz does often sound a bit better to me, though it's not necessary.Somewhat high noise floor - the mic can sound a bit sizzlyIncluded stand is very low, and easily picks up background noise. Depending on your use case you'll almost definitely need to pick up a separate stand that brings the mic within 6 inches of your mouth to take advantage of the proximity effect. You can get an aftermarket stand for not too much money, but frankly I'm not sure why they included such a short stand.Depending on your voice timbre, it can sound somewhat flat and 'robotlike'. This is more a personal problem for since I have a very monotone voice. Different mics can make it sound better.Overall, for the money you really can't go wrong. It's far better than any included headset mic, the headphone amp is very good, and it also sounds pretty decent for acoustic guitar.

Powerhouse microphone.
Excellent! Not ever disappointed by RODE. You will be surprised by the weight of this. Extremely easy to setup and improve any video conferencing or podcast recording.

Quality makes this an absolute steal at the price!
I do a lot of telehealth online work as a mental health therapist, and I have been trying to find a mic that I can mount on an arm, that sounds good, and doesn't pick up so much extra noise especially since I have a train that goes by fairly close. I tried a few mics to include the most recent Shure MV7, and all just didn't cut it. Even with the Shure MV7 which is a supposedly great podcasting mic, no bueno. No matter the settings it picked up any movement on my desk making the other person think I was constantly in an earthquake or something. Not to mention some mics work with windows in a weird synchronous way where the mic gets auto adjusted and it is unfixable. But this Rode NT USB Mini is a life saver! The quality is so freaking good, it doesn't pickup any excess noise, and it mounts beautifully. I finally have quality studio sound when working with clients where any distracting noise is a deal breaker. The price is ridiculously low for the quality! Why they aren't charging more I'll never know. But it now if you are even remotely thinking about it.

Amazing Mic, no mute button
Fantastic mic. I have it sitting off to the side of my desk, and it picks up my voice clearly. I wish it had a mic mute button.
