Amazing customer service
I had some seal issues with my first humidor. Customer service spent a lot of time walking me through troubleshooting before sending a replacement. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had - I cannot overstate how good the customer service was, even when I was slow to respond. The humidor is great. Nice look, well constructed. The drawer below is great for lighters and cutters. Great product all around.

Came as advertised
I was worried about buying it on Amazon, but the quality is actually really nice. The lights on it look really cool. So far it seems to be holding humidity really well and as far as I can tell the hygrometer is accurate. There is a small cosmetic blemish but nothing worth returning it over. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Great customer service and very nice product
I had ordered two units about 18 months ago and noticed recently that one of my units was not holding the optimal humidity level. I reached out to the company and was engaged right away as a valued customer. They walked me through some ways to check the seal and resolved the problem I was having. It is really hard to find companies that back up their product, but this is a good one. Highly recommend them!

Looks great, bad seal
I've had this now for 6 months. I have had an average of 8-9 cigars in this since I have had it. I purchased a much more accurate digital hygrometer as the one on it is junk. I've used 72% and 84% boveda packs ever since priming it and it will not hold anywhere the desired 70% range. I'm lucky to get it to 62%. I've tried placing a 72% boveda and my digital hygrometer in a ziplock bag and the hygrometer works just fine/accurately. Since I'm not overloading the box, nor opening it frequently, the only reasonable estimate is that there is a bad seal.Update: Company sent me a new one with no hassle. The 2nd one holds a much better seal. After seasoning/priming the new one, it has held steady at 68-69% with a 72% Boveda pack for the last few months (avg 4-12 cigars). It does hold closer to 71% with a 2 lb textbook resting across the top which I will do when I don't have company over.

Fantastic
Revised review, my original review wasn’t that great given quality build issues as well as humidity issues. With that said, I experienced some of the best customer service I have ever had in all my years of shopping online. The seller/ manufacturer were concerned of damage done during the delivery process and offered to completely rectify the problem and ship me a replacement at no expense or inconvenience to myself. Thank you! Will buy all my future humidifiers from this company. Update, replacement item was received super fast and in great working condition. Humidor was seasoned and my cigars are keeping perfect humidity inside.

Smokes
It's a beautiful box (humidor) to display your cigars. I really like the glass viewing and the pullout drawer. I've had it for over a month. I've used both boveda packs that come with it, but the digital temperature is just at 68°. The instructions say it should have reached 72° in two weeks. I don't know when to put my cigars in there. Disappointed, but hopeful.________________Update: May 15, 2024I am absolutely pleased with my woodronic humidor. I actually add small shot glass with distilled water and the boveda pack. The humpty level stays around 74-76%. I would definitely recommend it.

Do Not Use Gel Humidifier
Do not use the crystal gel humidifier included with this humidor. Molded around 70ish dollars worth of cigars. Use only Boveda humidifier packs with this humidor. Other than this issue, I'd give it a 5 star.

Top Quality
I own multiple models of Woodronic’s humidors and I keep acquiring more. I needed a smaller humidor that a can be used in a different location in our home and the InLumino filled that role very nicely.PackagingAlthough this humidor is small, Woodronic did not compromise packaging. The packaging was just as robust as the packaging on their largest & heaviest humidor, the Giante: corner protectors, packing foam on the top, bottom, and sides surrounding the humidor, and the entire humidor is wrapped in a foam-like material. Additional foam is also found inside the front panel. Not surprisingly, the packaging is excellent.Inside the humidor you will see a bottom panel that can be removed to access the humidifier. On the underside of the humidor you will see a soft, velvet-like surface that greatly reduces the humidor from scratching anything, as well as prevents the bottom of the humidor from being scratched. The InLumino lights up by pressing a switch in the back. A power cable is included. You will have to buy the AC adapter, but you probably have an extra one at home already. (We see these very often today like the iPhone AC adapter for charging.) Each press of the button cycles through the different colors. As with all of their humidors, the top door closes seamlessly and completely seals the cigars inside. Retaining humidity is never a problem.RecommendationI can honestly say after owning Woodronic’s other humidors including the Axinite, Leonids, and Giante models, Woodronic has created another quality humidor with the InLumino that I highly recommend. At $139.99, you are not going to find a better humidor at this price point.

Nice Humidor
Nice construction apart from the drawer which is a little flimsy but works well to keep cigars at right humidity with the right setup

Nice but not a 50 cigar capacity
Overall very nice humidor. The storage shelf at the bottom is perfect. It has a bottom compartment for your humidity packs or humidity container (use beads). The Hygrometer accuracy is questionable. I have two large 72% packs in there for two weeks and the highest reading I got was 65%. This could just be the limitation of the humidity packs themselves, I will test it with my beads and see if I can get it to climb to 70%. May be a good idea to invest into a more accurate Hygrometer. But even 65% is ok for most cigars. This is certainly not a 50 cigar capacity unless you are storing very small cigars. It is closer to 25.

GREAT PRODUCT WITH AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
When I first bought the humidor i was having issues keeping the humidity level constant. But after talking to Lexi from Goodlifetalent and gave me his suggestions the humidity been perfect since. what surprised me is that he followed up with me regarding the issue 14 days later. So if any of you is having issues keeping the humidity levels between 68% and 72% here what you need to do. Remove all your cigars from the humidor. Get yourself two Boveda 84% packs and throw them in the humidor for 14 days and do not open it during the seasoning process. I hope this helps some of you guys.
