Best product for bmw
I have bought several headlight products for my bmw x1 e84, all gives a warning error on the dash. The last one was from auxito, my bmw often displays a warning error but it disappears after a few seconds, so far better than the rest. But this product was the best, it’s brighter and well focused, but most importantly, no warning error on the dash.

'04 Tundra V6 SR5, no fogs. Worked, but needed the resistor.
I polished and sealed my enclosures and installed these lights. They are bright as can be - a nice upgrade from the factory halogens. I did have to re-aim my light enclosures. The rotational adjustment that's built into these lights helped me reduce the scatter as well. My dash high beam indicator ceased working, so I messaged the seller and they supplied decoders in a timely fashion. These didn't correct it, so I messaged them and they sent resistors right away. Installing one of the resistor packs inline (using the factory-matching harness) corrected the problem without the decoders. BTW, I installed just the one pack on the passenger side.

Ram 4th gen reflector upgrade (needed a little modification to make the perfect beam pattern)
I own a 2010 Dodge Ram 2500 with the quad (reflector) headlights. I have been a huge fan of LED headlights. The first wet I installed in another truck worked okay. And I thought, eh, well at least they have a lower power draw than my halogens. Well, as I started to really learn conversions, I learned a fundamental, the performance of any LED conversion has to do with the placement and orientation of the LED chipset in the housing. There are two really good sources of information about conversions; headlight revolution and bulb facts. Both sources say that the housing is designed around a very specific location of the light source to produce the desired beam pattern. What you see in my three images are this; 1-halogen bulb (Sylvania silverstar only a few weeks old), 2-tech max LED bulb directly from the packaging as delivered from amazon, and 3-the same techmax bulb rotated to produce an ideal beam pattern. After installing the techmax bulb into my reflector housing I was disappointed to see the scatter to the left of and slightly higher than the hot spot. That is a result of the led orientation in the reflector housing. What you see to the upper left is “scatter” and is why many oncoming drivers will flash their highs beams at you. That effect will “dazzle” oncoming drivers and makes for a safety issue. Many of us have been that oncoming car as we crest a hill or come around a bend on a dark country road only to have your vision “attacked” by high beams, improper aiming, or HID or LED scatter. So, how do you make sure your techmax LED bulb is orientated so that this does not happen? Well, there is a small screw that holds the black plastic mounting collar ring to the bulb. That screw runs through the collar and into the a threaded hole in the metal part of the bulb. I removed the screw, mounted the collar in the housing, placed the bulb through the collar, plugged in the light, and started rotating the light until I found the ideal bulb orientation for my housing. I noted the orientation of the led to the collar, made marks, and drilled a small, countersunk hole in the collar. I reinstalled the collar and screw and there you go. As it turns out, reflectors with vertical baffles to generate a beam pattern benefit the most from an led that is orientated such that the LED board is vertical so the LEDS fire horizontally. That is the difference between picture 2 and 3. See how the beam pattern is almost identical to the halogen bulb. What is missing is the light haze below the hot spot; the fog light region. Picture 2 shows more light below the hotspot, but at the expense of “dazzling” oncoming drivers if you aim the hotspot to a location that is beneficial to you.Now for the numbers. The halogen bulb at a distance of about 20 ft produced a lux value of 615 at their brightest. Another LED bulb sold from amazon (one used in my other truck) measured a value of 715 lux (no picture provided). The techmax installed out of the box produced 750 lux (picture 2). When orientated correctly for this housing, the techmax produced 1250 lux (picture three). These lux values were measured using a digital lux meter, in my garage with no other light sources. As I look more carefully at picture 3, I see I could probably have done a little better on the rotation because I see a little lift to the left of the hot spot. Maybe I will buy another set and play around with that.Bottom line-a really good set of bulbs, but we will see how long the bulbs and/or fans last. I did not need any canbus anti-flicker modules for these bulbs. I highly recommend these bulbs

I'm very impressed with the quality and brightness of these, the size is not much bigger than oem.
Update March 16 2020:Since my original install on July 1 2018 and the review the next day, the bulbs give me no problems at all. My car has the automatic high beam on feature but I disabled that as I think I should be the one to know when I need to use my high beams. I do not use the bulbs on a continuous basis since they are used as high beams but I do use them mostly to light up street signs and also to "school" the idiot drivers out there that drive with high beams on constantly or that have their headlights incorrectly adjusted. They are not happy when I let them know they are idiots! LOL. I just don't understand the ignorance of these people. They buy non-oem bulbs for their cars and they do not make sure that the light is not shining high onto the eyes of other drivers. When I had HID Xenon lighting installed on my previous 2 cars I knew they were bright but I made sure I adjust the headlights so I do not "blind" other drivers on the road. Anyway, these bulbs work excellent as high beams and still do not appear to have gotten less bright.Original review July 2 2018:I bought these bulbs to replace the high beams on my 2018 Honda Accord EX. Very bright and much brighter than stock halogen 65W 9005 bulbs while using half the energy. Unlike another review I read, I do not see a problem with the design of these bulbs having LEDs only on the sides of the bulb itself. The beam that is created far exceeds the distance of the stock bulbs and the actual light reflected may look different on different vehicles. I have no issues with the way the light projects from my high beams compared to stock 9005 HB3 halogen bulbs my car came with. If anything that is noticeable is that the beam may be a little more narrow than stock and most likely because of the LEDs being on the left and right side of the bulb when installed compared to 360 degree light in a standard halogen 9005 HB3 bulb. Construction is excellent and I hope they will last a long time as this is the first ever LED bulbs I bought for my car. Look at the pictures as they actually show the wire that comes out of the bulbs as none of the merchant pictures show the connector wire. The connector itself looks like a standard connector found on the 9005 bulb. I love the instant on light that LED bulbs have. The pure white light matches my car's standard LED headlight color. I installed these bulbs in 98F degree and 65% humidity weather here in New Jersey on July 1 2018 and after only a few seconds of testing without installing the bulb in the high beam housing I noticed the bulbs got very warm. I do not know the longevity of LED bulbs in high ambient temperatures so I cannot comment on that. I do think though that the engine bay on all cars is not completely air tight so under normal driving conditions the bulbs will get enough fresh outside air to stay cool. I bought the bulbs for non continuous use as high beams only so I suspect they will last a long time. If I notice any problems or total failure I will make sure I update the review. Overall I am very impressed with the way the bulbs light the road in the far distance.

Excellent Product support
Used on a 2001 tundra extended cab. The install was easy but on the first go round the lights were bright and looked great but the indicator for the highbeams stopped working and so did my factory fog lights. After emailing the company their response was super quick and they sent out the resistor kit that was even easier to install than the bulbs themselves, and now everything works great. You can’t ask for better service than that

Work great!
Installed these on a 2009 nissan sentra. The difference from the stock bulbs is incredible. And I don't get flashed all the time on low beams like I have with some other brands

As bright as specified on product testing review - so far a good upgrade
Used on 2008 Chev Duramax. Amazon said it wouldnt fit in its vehicle catagory. They were wrong. On my next purchase I will order directly from Amazon.com, and 3rd party charges to much to cushion import taxes to Canada
