We never made anything with type of dough. It came fresh and was so easy to use for several recipes and was so flaky and fun to eat.

This looked great and was shipped in a vacuum sealed bag. I had high hopes! Then I opened the bag and those hopes diminished. The dough was folded over on itself several times and trying to open it for use did nothing but tear the sheets apart even separating a complete 1/3 of the dough from the rest. I had to pick through gingerly to remove what sheets I could for use but would say that at least half the pack was unusable and I had to scale my recipe way back because of this. It was as if they folded it into the bag and then set heavy weights on top causing the creases to tear through and the sheets to stick 3 and 4 at a time. I won't be buying this brand again.

Arrived as promised. I used it in my revipe and it turned out perfect. The taste, texture and over all quality were superior to what I had got from my local grocery store. I will bo ordering this in the future. Great stuff!

I was scared because of the comments. But had a pretty good experience with my first purchase

It is not good , the dough sheets are so stuck to each other , could not use , plus the break very easy

I particularly like to know that when I need this item, I can get it quickly. My family has developed a liking for Turkish and Greek foods that require phyllo in many recipes. I've tried other brands from stores, but this is by far the best quality and price I could wish for. I will be loyal to this brand as long as it is available. I absolutely love everything about it! PS. I have watched how this dough is made on You Tube and have much respect and admiration for the skill and craftsmanship required to make this premium dough.

It is just fine to use it in baklava but it came too dry and broken! Mostly sheets were broken , I felt difficulty in assembling these in baklava quality but price is high! Taste is fine.

Not what I expected. Looking for something closer to puff pastry and this did not work with my recipe.
