Quality replacement cover
This is a quality built replacement cover for the Hormann garage door transmitter. It is easy to replace the broken cover by just removing the circuit board from the old cover and placing straight into the new cover. It would also be best to replace the battery at the same time. I have purchased 2x covers and now have new remotes at a fraction of the price of a complete remote replacement

ok, sort of
Very expensive for a piece of plastic, but then it is hardly a mass market product. I've had 2 of these split or break off small pieces when dropped, one I repaired one with plastic putty, one with araldite which did not turn out pretty at all. At the end of the day £25 for a new case is better than £50 for a new remote if the innnards still work ok.

Just Like New Again !!
I purchased this replacement casing as my original key fob was working fine but the case had cracked at the bottom. Although I had a little difficulty get the circuit board out at first, when contacted, the seller replied immediately with a link to a video and also helped with some tips of his own. Thank you so much Robert, I am delighted with my new garage door key fob !!

Excellent product, but expensive for what it is
Good product, and it is perfect for replacing the case of a damaged remote that you may have dropped on the floor, but it is expensive for what it is - a new remote is only £20 more.

Replacement case for the Hörmann HSE4BS transmitter
The HSE4BS transmitter, the only one supplied with my Hörmann Rollmatic BiSecur garage door, had a plastic body and a plastic end cap which attached to a key ring. This broke in normal use and I found this replacement case. It was very expensive for two pieces of replacement plastic. Other such transmitter have metal ends which would be more robust. The circuit board inside was perfectly functional, so despite the price is was still sensible to buy this case and use this as a spare kept at home. Note that it does not have an off switch so you can accidentally open the door when handling it or when it is in your pocket. I bought a Hörmann 436776 which is far better for everyday use.
