As stated, this is a great product but the product was not shipped securely. When I opened the box the top was off of the bottle and there was product ALL over everything in the box. Not happy cause my other items were in the box that I ordered. Please fix this.

Let me start by saying DO NOT USE WITH POWDER especially if you have dry skin. I made that mistake yesterday and looked absolutely horrible. But this is a big plus if you want to save time. I skipped the powder today which I've never been able to do with other foundations and I really like it. It doesn't leave crusty eyeliner residue under my eyes when they water (as long as I skip the powder). I have dry, acne-prone skin with a lot of redness and this has great, smooth coverage. It also actually comes in a shade that works for my ultra-pale skin. Edit to add longevity is not the greatest.

Never used this product before an I was happy with it

I’ve made this purchase multiple times because I like the product, but this time, the foundation bottle arrived unsealed with no top. The top wasn’t even in the package anywhere. This has never happened before and this is the 4th or 5th time I’ve ordered it. It’s a good foundation for the price, but I don’t like that it wasn’t sealed this time. Someone could have used it and returned it for all I know.

This product was said to be 'highly pigmented' and that's not quite accurate. But 'highly pigmented' compared to what is the question?!? They don't give a comparison.I have a moderate skin condition that needs minimizing, so I thought this could work -- without me having to spend extra money I don't have. It covers fairly well, but not as a 'highly pigmented' foundation should.The other thing is their color chart -- it's a little off. I ordered porcelain since I'm fair complected, thinking it would have just a bit of extra color since it's summer. Actually, it is too light, even for me. I had to mix it with something else in order to wear it now. It may be better in winter, we'll see ... ?!?But I will say that the tone is good and that's not easy for me to find. I'm a mix of fair pink AND olive skin.I'm not discouraging anyone from buying the product because it's basically good. Just make your decision carefully in regards to pigment needed and color. 😃

I may have written a bad review beneath a different shade and I'll talk about that in a minute. But what I like about this foundation so much is the texture. It is not a heavy, goopy foundation full of moisturizers. Its not sticky, or tacky. It is also not a sheer dewy foundation with next to no coverage that makes you glow. It also isnt a heavy opaque matte foundation thats so thick it adds texture.What it is is a highly pigmented, light feeling fluid that dries super fast. Excellent for oily skin. Full coverage, so full that I dont need concealer with it.But it adds no texture which is super important to me as I've returned so many for that reason. It has no sunscreen in it but most dont and I find adding any foundation over sunscreen adds texture but again, this one is so thin as far as lack of goop that it doesn't add texture. But it is so pigmented that it covers everything. For this reason, I would not only recommend it for oily skin, for which I believe it it the perfect makeup for but for all skin types, because if you have dry skin you are wearing lots of moisturizing products underneath it anyway.Many years ago Maybelline had a foundation called Great Wear.. This feels and looks exactly like it minus the smell which was sort of like nail polish. I have been trying to find a dupe for that foundation since I was a teenager. Never even came close. Until now. BTW this doesnt smell at all.As far as shades are concerned, I ran into some trouble at first because alabaster was perfect in undertone but a little too light and yet the next neutral shade on their wheel was 4 shades darker. I tried every shade in between and none worked and I felt like bottles had been mismarked with the wrong shades or something but I tried other foundations and kept thinking of this one cause none could compare. So I tried again and porcelain which is one shade up from alabaster is perfect now even though the first time I bought it it was too dark.So whatever went wrong there I'm glad it was fixed because this is the only foundation that really works for my oily skin without looking heavy and textured. I will say that I'd not use it on bare skin because it does dry fast and for me, bare republic gel sunscreen or neutrogena liquid sunscreen works perfectly under it. A primer works great under it and sunscreen or just a primer alone.

La base cumple con lo que promete. Tiene buena cobertura para ser una base de farmacia, sin embargo, en mi caso que tengo la piel mixta a las horas de utilizarla, aunque hidrante mi piel antes, termina por cuartearse y es molesto porque tenía muchas expectativas con esta.Creo que para pieles grasas sería ideal. Aún así seguiré probando con otros métodos para intentar evitar que quiebre.También es muy seca, no deja ni un solo espacio al brillo al momento de aplicarla.

It has burnt my face and caused my eyes to swell after using it for the first time. I’ve been wearing makeup for over 10 years and never had this happen to me, not do I have sensitive skin. My makeup box is full of different designer makeup and brands and I’ve never experienced this before. I had the makeup on for roughly 3 hours before my face became swollen, red raw and raised in bumps, also on my neck. I immediately took it off and saw the damage underneath. I woke up this morning to my eyes swollen, my cheeks swollen and sore to the touch.

When I first tried this foundation by NYX I thought I’d found my holy grail. An affordable foundation that it full coverage and actually fits my skin tone (I’m very pale with a lot of redness occasionally and this foundation covers it and matches me so well!)But it comes with quite a few downsides unfortunately that make me hesitate to give 5 stars.Number one is the consistency of the foundation. It’s quite thick, and dries very quickly. It means that the coverage is amazing, almost as good as a concealer, but blending it is kind of a race against time. If you leave it for a few moments too long you’ll find it has dried almost entirely on your face. It’s not a huge problem, but it can be a bit frustrating as you can find yourself using more of the product than needed because it dries so quickly. covering your whole face if you have skin issues like I do can be a bit of a chore.The thickness of the foundation also led to another issue I hadn’t imagined. It has ruined my makeup sponges one by one! It really does cake onto my real techniques sponge and is pretty difficult so clean off, to the point that cleaning the sponge it has actually ripped when trying to get all the excess foundation from it. If you use your fingers or a makeup brush to apply your foundation then this probably won’t be an issue!The only other little gripe is the bottle. If you were wanting to take the black plastic lid from the bottle (to get out of the last of the product that the pump can’t reach) then be prepared for foundation to go EVERYWHERE. It’s sealed so tight when really it could have just been a screw cap maybe? It’s not a huge issue though, just maybe open it up somewhere easy to wipe down when the foundation inevitably goes everywhere haha.In all I still use this foundation daily. It really is great for somebody who wants a cheap but really nice quality foundation, and it lasts almost all day for me. It’s just a shame it likes to eat my makeup sponges and dry to my skin like cement!

Le meilleure fond de teint que je n'ai jamais utilisé, texture, tenue, prix franchement tout y est!! Je cherchais un fond de teint de dépannage car celui que j'utilise a 45€ E.Lauder était en rupture de stock en ma teinte et du j'ai tester celui la et franchement j'adore, j'adhère, je ne change plus!!PS: j'ai la peau mixte à Grasse si ça peut aider!Voilà pas l'habitude de mettre des commentaires mais la c'est mérité !!!

Do not buy! I returned it right away when I got it, came OPENED and without packaging or seal. So unhygienic and makes me question if it’s legit..
