Y'all this works so good 😩 if u not used to cramps / stomach pain don’t bother getting it bc that’s what this comes with but it doesn’t last long it only happens when u have to use the restroom or while using the restroom then the pain is gone but you will be using the bathroom allot . The first day I took this was at night around 9pm i took 2 with 8oz of water YES u need a lot of water, the next day I I woke up at 8/9 Cramping n I’ve went to the bathroom atleast 6 times 30 minutes after 30 minutes then it stopped it the going to the bathroom allot on happens in the morning in the evening n night I don’t use the bathroom but I love this product

These are a must have. They work great. I will say they do make you have stomach cramping but after you use the bathroom it goes away. So when that stomach pain comes definitely see if you have to use the restroom or sometimes it may be gas. It makes you lose weight as well. Great product I’m doing the 15 days and I’m on day 11 as of right now.

Holy Hell. Seriously > OMG... I have what is called "Illitic Bowel" due to 20+ Years of Prescription Narcotic Pain Killers at a pretty High Dose on a regular basis. Constipation is just a regular way of life for me, to the point that I do not move any bowel unless it is from the use of Stool Softeners accompanied with Gas Pressure to push it out. But, from just ONE of These, I had stuff coming out of me that had probably been in there for Months. To the point that I had to Order some Adult Diapers after a big accident in the Master Bath. I woke up feeling a certain way. Knew it was going to be close. Rushed towards the Bathroom and atleast barely made it Off of the Carpet onto the Tile. Where lets just say that about a Full Gallon or More of FUDGE just Fell Out of Me. From Gravity Alone, just fell out of me. I became scared to take them again, until I ordered the Adult Diapers -AND- Stated Splitting the Capsules into Smaller (Half Size) Doses. I don't think it will affect Everyone the way it did Me. But if you have been Constipated (Like ME - I could at times go up to two weeks without a BM) then maybe this can work as a last resort.PS: There is an Option to. But I think I will refrain from "Sharing a Photo" You all can probably get the idea well enuf.

Okay so I made the mistake of taking two capsules on the first night (please do not do that) Start With One Please, I'm writing this review from my toilet and the time is 5:01 am I Took two capsules around 9pm not even 8 hours later I'm awaken because I thought I heard my dryer on with shoes in them nope it was my stomach boy oh boy the bubbling and growling along with mild cramping and immediately after I sat up the cramps intensified I got up when to the bathroom and started to feel nauseous sat on the toilet and boom the biggest explosion ever I have chills and sweats it's feels like someone is performing an excorcism on my geez I'm not doing this again it works but it works a little to well.proceed with caution!!!!

I honestly love it. Sure my stomach cramps but thats how I know it working. So much comes out after taking the pill which isn't usually the case for me on a regular basis. Personally the pills are on the larger size but that's just me because I simply hate taking pills but for this, its worth it. I usually take it before bed so anywhere between 9-11pm and Im running to the bathroom at around 6-9am the next day. It does happen QUICK so make sure you are near a restroom at all times. However after one or two BM im usually good for the rest of the day.

This product does exactly what it's supposed to do! Make sure you stay near a toilet the day after taking even 1 pill. I love it! Cleans your system out and I feel better after.

All the reviews I've read and videos I've watched I thought it was going to be something like in the scene in the movie White Chicks or Harry in Dumb and Dumber. If you know you know. Nothing like that at all with me. I am going to the bathroom more often but it's not a lot coming out. It does give me a really bad headache but other than that wasn't what I was really expecting. Maybe it doesn't work for me but might on others.

Worked amazing then just stopped working after 7 days. Will take a break from it after 7 days then take the remaining after 2-3 day rest period
