Yes, you can. Just don't use the frame that holds the screen protector, and snap on the back alone. As long as your glass screen protector doesn't get lifted up by the back case, it should be okay. That's been my problem with most glass screen protectors, they get lifted up by the back of the case. This is a great case, by the way!

No it is not temper glass but it is a good screen
