I don't write many reviews but this product is certainly worthy of one. I've only been taking this for about a week and haven't taken any Melatonin since starting on this product. It doesn't take long to work either and I've had no trouble going to sleep. I always felt like I was dragging through the day after taking Melatonin to sleep at night. But no more do I feel that way during the day. I'm not even feeling that afternoon slump either. Thank you for making such a great product!

This is a great product, I am very happy with it. It is helping with my bowel movements. But I have one suggestion please take only one capsule at night, not two. Two capsules were too much for me, too painful. Good luck.

I have been taking this brand of multiple magnesium forms in one serving for 3 months now and I didn't notice a difference until I ran out and could not afford to buy any for about 2 months. That's when I noticed my mood had changed pretty drastically and consistently. I was irritable again and I didn't realize it until I was going through my supplements I purchase here on Amazon and looking over this supplement benefits and saw mood and remembered that was one of the reasons I purchased it in the first place. I'm not getting you I am noticing a clear difference in that area. I can't really tell how it affects me in other areas because I take a nerve blocker for a back injury that has disabled me quite a bit, but I do practice yoga and spend about 45 minutes every morning doing asanas so I keep myself fairly limber already. It's the other areas that magnesium benefit me that I am noticing a difference now that I've stopped taking this brand and multiple forms of magnesium. I suppose I should describe myself because I've noticed other people don't do that in many different reviews and it would be so helpful. I am 50 years old and a Caucasian woman. I suppose I'm in perimenopause but haven't really noticed any symptoms yet. I have taken vitamin K2 D3 as well as at least one type of magnesium for several years now as well as a daily multivitamin, which I am changing now to fit my age change and thinning hair. Proceed with caution. This product is very effective and highly absorbable at the two capsule dosage. Within 10 days, I started having extreme itchiness all over my body. I also started having slight dizziness that lasted briefly until the 10 day mark, then I had extreme dizziness when I woke up before I got out of bed with my eyes spinning 360°. I had dizziness while I was walking, causing me to lose balance; throughout the day I felt dizzy. During the first 10 days, at times,I also had heart palpitations . I immediately stopped taking the product and everything returned to normal.I believe that the product caused my blood pressure to drop extremely low, which caused dizziness. I also think it caused an imbalance to the electrolytes because my mom was also taking the product and had extreme swelling in her legs and could not walk. If you have lymphedema or lymphatic blockages, do not take this product. If you have low blood pressure do not take this product as well.This product needs to have third-party testing for heavy metals, such as nickel. Nickel, mimics estrogen, and can cause itching. Seller was dismissive of the complaints that my husband and I and my mom had, including itchiness, dizziness, heart palpitations, and ankle edema swelling.
