I use this for my bedridden grandfather. The sound is loud enough if you're on the same level as the ringer and the range was decent, he was in the back room and the ringer was in the living Room honestly it was a game changer for the Price I saw more of an investment for him than anything else.

We used them when family went on hospice. Now we use them to call my husband and son in from the garage for supper. They work real good no matter what you use them for. Not complicated. Just push the call button that is it. Make sure the volume is set where you like it. Plug in the receiver and you are set.

The round piece slides onto the base and it seems secure but it keeps coming off. It works well when it's on. Checked on grandma and she was on the floor. The clicker was in the bed she couldn't call for help. Thank God I had a camera on her. I might try to superglue it together before I order another one.Customer service reached out quickly to resolve this issue and replaced the order. I have not had any issues with the new set and i appreciate the company for making it right. It is a good product.

This button / Alarm set works great. Exactly what we wanted. I have two alarms and 4 buttons. The alarms are in the house and the garage and work simultaneously and can be loud as you want them.Best was the customer service. I had a question, and they answered it quickly.

This is an amazing product. I had my elderly mom stay with me and this little device allowed me to be in other areas of the house knowing my mom could alert me if she needed something. Very easy and basic but a great product.

Sound level was too low. Contacted manufacturer customer service And was very pleased with the service received and the prompt action they took!

I purchased 5 sets with the intent to have the buzzer (pager receiver) and the alert button (transmitter) in different places of the house in case an emergency happens. The pairing of the devices was really easy, the instructions were useful. I tested everything after setting the volume and the sound and everything worked as expected. Noting that these devices are for seniors (who many times have hearing problems), I suggest that for the next edition of the buzzers you place the speaker on the opposite side (away from the outlet), to avoid any obstruction of the sound. Also make it easier to open the button (for changing the batteries), as I found that somewhat difficult, but it maybe me. Overall it is a good product.
