The alexa feature does not work on my amazfit band 5. I already followed the instructions, there is no amazon option under add account in profile?

I can't get it to work. I've reloaded the app. When I add alexa to the account.log in to amazon it starts to verifies then comes to the screen with the lady running. I cannot get past it. get started option brings me back to exit. Log into amazon option. If I hit not now. I[m on the continue set up with does nothing but bring me back to exit. I can get to 400 bad request from amazon.com error pops up.

Can you use the features of the watch without Alexa? Can you track your fitness/activity without Alexa?

Yes you can use all the features with Alexa disabled. Yes everything tracks automatically without the use of Alexa.

In the us, will it monitor stress levels continuously and automatically or only on demand? same goes for spo2 - thank you

•• BAND 7 MONITORING •• (Manual reading is also referred to as on-the-spot) -BPM, Stress, SpO2: 24 hour -BPM will update at user selected frequencies, when awake; 1, 5, 10 or 30 minutes. If set at the higher frequencies, the Activity Detection Feature sets it at 1 minute for the duration of the activity. Instant manual updates can be taken at any time. Real time BPM display is not available. -Stress and SpO2 updates are locked at 5 minutes. -During sleep, BPM updates every minute, Stress and SpO4 update every 5 minutes. -While awake, manual updates can be taken; SpO2 requires 20 seconds, Stress 45, while keeping the arm motionless. -While awake, auto-updates will be taken if the arm is motionless for five or more minutes and remains so for the 20 and 45 seconds needed. This is otherwise know as "at rest" readings. •• BAND 5 MONITORING •• Same as Band 7 but no BPM Activity Detection Feature.

I'm seeing several reviews saying it doesn't pair well with the app. How often does this happen? I'm on android.

Managed to pair mine (band 5) with Zepp app on iPhone 7 today. Scanning QR code (package has 2 and the plastic bag holding the band has 1) wouldn't help sync! Manual sync finally worked after selecting 'band' not 'watch' from the device list on app. Logically, you think you must select 'watch'. I believe many people returning this item thinking it is defective. A reminder to buyers on a small sticker could easily prevent this confusion!!
