Ulefone Power Armor 13 is much bigger than most plus-size phones on the market, it will be too big for this mount. Probably you should try to look for mounts that can work with tablets.

Will this work with Galaxy fold z3 in a case?

Yes, I looked up the dimensions online and it is 6.2" diagonally w/o a case which is the same as my Iphone 12 pro. My phone has an Otterbox case on it and it fits fine with room to spare. So bottom line is yes, this will fit your phone (as long as you don't unfold it first) :)

I don’t think so no, the grip design is sized for a cell phone thickness and width. My IP 13 projust fits, anything wider like a small tablet would not fit
