First. The size I ordered fits perfectly in a Nike Vomero 5 men’s 9.5 US. No need to cut.These look to be the dupes of the cloud foams that have been “plaguing” me through my social feeds. The price here was right to test.And these passed with flying colors. I had a long night out pounding pavement at the parks (Universal Studios, Halloween Horror Nights), got 13,000+ steps in and these made a difference (compared to an earlier night out, same comfortable Vomero 5 runners without the inserts).I surprisingly had a boost of energy at end of night to get me down the backstretch of walking to the parking lot from the exit gates. I had standard body aches from a long night walking and being 50, but having these insoles in made it less painful and sustained energy all night without moments of pure pain.I highly recommend these and I plan on getting more, as I’ll be at a conference in Vegas and you know how those days can go with a lot of walking.No need to break in was a huge bonus too. Inserted in sneakers, and went after the day bonus that they fit perfectly in my shoes without a need to adapt/cut.

I love these insoles and especially with back and knees problems. I bought these to try out and I’m so disappointed that I didn’t find these earlier. If you’re looking for comfort look nowhere else!!!

I wear a size 10.5, so I didn’t need to trim these, and they fit well in my Skechers (after I removed the original insoul). Here’s what I found:Comfortable Cushioning: The insoles are soft and provide excellent shock absorption, especially helpful during long periods on my feet.Higher Arch Support: The arch support is a bit on the higher side—probably about 20% higher than what I’m used to—which took a few days to get used to. At first it was uncomforatable.Textured Feel: There are slight bumps on the insole surface by toes, which add a textured feel that also took some adjusting, but ultimately I think its ok but I do find myself fidgeting with it.Breathable Design: They stay pretty cool, even during lots of activity, and I haven’t noticed any odor, which is a nice plus.I’ve used them while doing a range of tasks, from walking and climbing to helping someone move, and they’ve kept my feet feeling supported and comfortable. Worn these for the past few days and feet feel better as I wear them

They are comfortable & bouncy, but, much too thick even for my large steel toe work boots. The lacking space causes more pain to the top of my feet while they help the bottom ):would not buy again. hoping to find skinnier ones elsewhere.

Not sure how these get great reviews. I used them for 2-3 hours. My feet hurt so bad I had to take them out of my shoes. The raised bumps seemed to create pressure points. Most painful inserts I ever tried.
