I think you mean "Refrigerate?" The bottles do not instruct you to "Refrigerate after opening." I have not refrigerated mine and have had no problems. To be honest, if you do I am not sure that you would be able to get the topping out of the bottle.

I am not sure. I do know that most manufacturers have switched to BPA plastics.
