Great phone
Just what I needed I can now use the phone as I can hear what people are saying

Great for elderly parents
Got this for my eldery parents. It's nice and loud, with big bright buttons. Does the job nicely.

Not suitable for partially sighted
This phone has no "auto answer" so you cannot simply lift the handset to answer a call.

Ring tone issues and complicated access to messages
This phone looks good and is well put together. The phone sits well in the base so it can't be knocked over easily. The intermittent ring made Mum feel that she wasn't sure whether the phone was ringing or not. She didn't like the flashing light on the phone to indicate it was ringing. The ring tones weren't loud enough. Accessing the numbers and retrieving the messages were too complicated for her. This made it impossible to use. I sent it back and we looked for one to better suit her needs.

Instructions are a nightmare
Good this for my elderly aunt but the instructions were not the easiest

Could be ideal but..........
In theory a great idea, but the buttons are fiddly and hard to insert pictures or numbers. My one has a faulty call cease button. After several attempts cannot get anyone in technical debt to answer. Despite their messages on opening hours it's never manned! So far a bad experience - ongoing!

Nothing special
The big buttons on this phone are a bonus as well as the large photo memory buttons for easy dial (although they stopped working shortly after it arrived). The actual sound is no better or clearer than the standard home phone we had previously and my dad struggled just as much to hear and the sound quality appeared to deteriorate over time.Answer phone is complicated to use.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this product. I don’t think it’s any better than any other phone we’ve used even though this one is specially designed for hearing loss.
