Will it fit my shower? I have a normal shower with a hose and head. Where do I install it?

How do I know that the filter really works?

Hi Mr Eco, TAPP 1s uses the patented KDF-55 filter, the only technology certified by the NSF for the treatment of shower water. It works with high pressures and hot water, and is highly efficient when it comes to removing chlorine as well as heavy metals, limescale, bacteria and algae.

Does this remove fluoride?

Our filtration technology used for TAPP1 is GAC (Granular Activated Carbon). It actually does reduce Fluoride but does not remove it completely. The percentage of reduction depends on the composition of your water and for the frequency of use.

Does it have a specific direction to install? I am attaching to the shower head. Should I install upside down position?

Follow the instructions in the manual, there are pictures for both installing options. If you attach it to the shower head, the narrow part goes to the shower head and the thick part to the hose.
