These are quite large, worth bearing in mind if you have difficulty swallowing capsules. As long as you're OK with that, and drink plenty of water, you'll find these very effective.Side effects for me were some nasal congestion (which is good, a sign that they're working properly) and just the merest hint of a headache. I can confirm these are working great, with the unfortunate side effect of indigestion if I take a whole pill. But a third of a pill works fine, no side effects
