I have never been a big fan of the silicone bands, ever since the Swatch watch first came out, yes I am that old.So I always replace watchbands or trackers with stainless steel if possible.I honestly had to look how to remove my old band, since I had no manual with that, this band is super easy to use.Once you remove the old band by pressing the release button on each side of the watch and pulling the band off, then you just insert the watch into the bottom of the new band, it sits nice and snug inside and the new band covers the connectors for the original band.It came with a cheap watchband sizing tool, which is a great little addition, it's nothing fancy, but if I didn't already have a watch band set, this would have been needed so kudos on including that.Saves you a trip to the jeweler, overall this is exactly what I was looking for.It's lightweight, comfortable, and much easier to get on and off then the original watch clasp band.
