Do these lights get water or moisture in them?

Maybe you can try to solve the fog first. Because it's normal when there is condensation accumulated inside headlights. Condensation occurs because of a lot of reasons, such as temperature differences, low-pressure area drawing moisture in winter, etc.Please use the follow ways to drive away temporary condensation, Way 1. Check that vents aren't blocked and switch on the low beams for about 20 mins. Way 2. Take the headlight bulb out and clear moisture. Way 3. Put a silica gel packet in the housing to soak up the moisture. If the problem still can't solve then please contact us via Amazon emails so we can help. Thanks.

Just make sure they are for you make, year and model and they should fit fine. I have led bulbs in my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Turn signals will need resistors otherwise they will blink rapidly as if a bulb was out.
