So far, he's been pretty happy with it.It's built to last, and cleaning it is a breeze. It dries quickly, and assembling it is a piece of cake. It's all about convenience and simplicity. It comes with four 360-degree rotatable wheels. They're sturdy, flexible, and glide with ease. Whether it's sliding, steering, or rotating, this chair does it all. And hey, safety is a top priority here. Each wheel comes with brakes, ensuring that our friend with limited mobility has that extra layer of security and control. This flexibility of the footrests is really important to him, it's more valuable than saving space and making getting in and out easier. Overall fantastic purchase.

We bought 2 of these for our assisted living home and have to replace them after only about 5 months. The quality of the seat covers is very poor and started tearing almost right away. There is wood underneath that has started to cut into the backsides of our residents. The overall construction is somewhat flimsy as the seat tends to slide back and forth on the bars which is dangerous for transferring patients.Would not recommend them at all.

BE WARNED VERY FLIMSY CONSTRUCTION! Use EXTREME caution when considering purchasing this commode. Better yet, pass on this all together! One star is too good for this item. As a point of personal experience, I fell off this commode. It tipped over because one of the four wheels was never on the ground. The frame was uneven literally right out of the box!I recently purchased this bedside commode chair with wheels and was disappointed with the overall quality of the product.Aside from the 360-degree rotating wheels and brakes that MIGHT great for elderly and disabled individuals, the other features of the chair were not up to par.Firstly, the shower accessible feature was not as advertised. The aluminum alloy and high-quality waterproof plastic rusted after a few uses, making it unsuitable for shower use. The four braked wheels were also not stable enough to prevent slipping, creating a hazardous situation.Furthermore, the high-quality and comfy materials were not so comfortable. The cushion made of soft sponge was not durable and flattened easily, making it uncomfortable for long-term use. The frame of the chair made of aluminum alloy was flimsy and did not withstand the weight capacity of 350lbs as advertised. For reference, I weigh 185lbs.The thoughtful design of the chair was also lacking. The hook for holding toilet paper was not well-placed and frequently fell off. The side straps and base for storing a cane were not secure, making it easy for the cane to fall off. The removable footrest was difficult to remove and did not add any convenience to the overall use of the chair.Lastly, the multipurpose use of the chair was not practical. While it could be used as a shower chair, wheelchair, bedside commode chair, or toilet safety frame, the poor quality control and lack of durability of the chair made it unsuitable for any long-term use.Overall, while the mobility feature of the chair was good, the poor quality control of the product and the lack of durability made it unsuitable for any long-term use. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I bought this for my 93 yo grand father and 69 yo mother since they have mobility problems. They are able to use it and like it as it’s soft and supports them fairly well, but they both say it’s too narrow and difficult to stand up from. They are both under 300 lbs. The wheel broke off of one as well, but I’m not entirely sure it was due to the chair being poor quality or if my grandfather tampered with it (he had Alzheimer’s) so I’ll leave that out of my review.

The materials are of high quality and the chair is solid. It was easy to assemble. When I had questions about locating parts for assembly (included in the package, by the way), the seller immediately responded to my question and assisted me. I would buy it again.
