You need this, really (do the research)
This is the second one I buy if you have reverse osmosis water you have to put this in. Why do I say that so emphatically because reverse osmosis water is by nature acidic and it's just not good for us to drink water that's mildly acidic as far as I'm concerned. So yes after filtering it down to 0.006 parts per million or less, I do recommend adding these minerals and taking that acidic edge off of your water. I'm putting in the second one as we speak well as I write to you and you read it..

Customer Service.
Waterdrop, has customer service 7-days a week including Holidays...I received my filter this morning (Sunday) had questions how to install it the right way.Called the customer service number, to my surprise they answered.And they walked me through the installation. I've been a Waterdrop customer sense 2023, under the counter unit.When it's comes to product, I'm a very happy customer. Service the BEST!!! You call they pick up the phone. Other companies give you an e-mail will call you days later.Amazon, what can I say, The BEST!

Leaked initially, but fixed with clean cuts - improves taste.
I kind of ordered this "filter" on the spur of the moment. Then I read some reviews and once it arrived - I was very hesitant to even open the package...In the end, we decided to try it, and I'm glad we did. The water straight from the filter had a somewhat "blunt" taste - this thing brought the taste back. Not alkalinity, though - but for that we got some drops.Installation was a bit of a pain - yes, it did leak initially. I had to re-do the cuts on the tubes several times until I finally got a straight, even cut. I also marked the tubes with lines to indicate how far they should go in. This helped stop the leaks. So far so good - it's online for about 2 months and all connections are dry.I'm guessing: when the time comes to replace it, it'll be another fight with the leaks, and more cutting - may be useful to order some extra tubing. But I don't think I'll give up on this, it works.

Tastes great
This is simple to install in line with the filtered water line. It took a while to flush out the sediments for the initial use but working well without any leaks so far and water tastes good!
