Breakouts on sensitive skin

Fermented products probably are not for Indian - sensitive and dry skin.

I have got red painful acne breakouts after using this. Probably fermented skin products are not suitable for Indian skin - esp sensitive and dry like mine.The consistency of this essense is really nice, it just didn't suit me.
