This product work well until the pressure stop and now even with 4 year assurion purchase they are telling me they cant do anything about it so please be aware

Exceed my expectation. Very compact size and very easy to use. Had a issue with it not be able to turn on, turns out the cleaning issue. Contact the WhatsApp number and received very responsive directions and solved my problem right away. Coming back for a 2nd one

Disappointed that I have to write this review for a product I invested alot of time and a few thousand dollars. A steamer like this works best in my tea shop (no espresso served). However, it fails frequently and is in constant need of repair. The 3 steamers I currently own are all leaking internally and do not function properly. My employees make sure to clean and maintain it well but it is not made to last longer than 6 months at a time. I have purchased 4 of these, not including the refurbished machines that have been offered to me when it is beyond repair. There is a repair guy who is responsive and does a good job...but once you total up the cost of shipping ($60-90), repair fee ($85), and at least 1 month wait time to receive the machine back, multiplied by the 4 machines I have purchased new and were in need of repair, you're better off investing in a higher end quality steamer. As a faithful customer of this company for the past few years, I would not recommend purchasing this steamer after averaging out the unsatisfactory experiences I have had with the product.

leaked water, got clogged immediately, wasn't very good at steaming. broke completely around 4 months after we bought it. Amazon seller/manufacturer refused to provide any customer service, trouble shooting, or honor the warranty. Claimed they couldn't prove we bought the unit, saying that our order details and confirmations from Amazon weren't proof enough that the equipment we were calling them about was the same equipment we had purchased from Amazon.

We use this at our business and it works great! We choose to use it for our hot chocolate making. I don't care for hot chocolate machines where the hot chocolate brews all day and gets more bitter with all that heat. We keep our hot chocolate refrigerated and then make each cup individually using this machine for a fresher, richer-tasting hot chocolate.

Working good for our small business

I received this product with high expectations but unfortunately it wouldn’t even work. It powered on but did not seem to have enough power to steam anything. Very disappointed 😩

Was a bit scared to buy this, but it works amazingly well--super quick and efficient.It has serious power!
