Better digestion

Easy to swallow
The capsules are a nice size and easy to swallow. I did not have any digestive problems with this but honestly can not say whether they are working or not. I did not notice any difference in my appetite.One thing that bothered me was that a lot of the information on the bottle was in such a small font that I could not read it at all. This included the "Caution" statements - and that worries me. I am taking off one star because of this. There is a small American flag on the label so I assume this means it is made in the US but the type is so small, I cannot tell. Vitamatic is a brand of dietary supplements founded in 2020 and owned by Proempire LLC based in Raritan, NJ. The address for the business seems to be in a multi-use building so I am not sure where exactly this is made. A list of import/exports indicate that they have imported from China and India in the past.

Works so far!
Day 5 & I’m already experiencing a difference in my appetite! I’m eating less and filling up faster. Also, not harsh on my stomach. Excited to see how I’m feeling in 30 days!

It does not come close to Ozempic. My blood sugar is higher than it has been. I cannot recomment.

Didn't seem to have a real effect for me
I'm not really sure why this is called GLP-1 support, as it doesn't seems to make any claims as to how this would help with the GLP-1 hormone. I've been taking these mostly for the probiotics, since the other ingredients don't really amount to much. Don't get me wrong, I take berberine on the regular, but there's not enough in here to really make much of a difference. The other ingredients listed with the berberine are all decent for weight loss and/or appetite, but it doesn't show how much of each there is. Regardless, 250mg for all combined doesn't really seem to be enough to make any kind of difference. For me personally, this didn't really seem to have much of an effect. I continued to take the rest of the bottle, but I don't think I'd pick more of this up. Just my two cents.
