It works! It also does NOT have ingredients others say it has.
Others mention Melatonin being in this, but this ingredient is NOT on my bottle label at all. They also often mention that it has Green Tea, too, but there is NONE. No ECGC, no Theanine (which is an amino acid derivative from green tea), it’s just not in there! So I’m not understanding some of these reviews for Nightime Weightloss Metabolism Support that mention those 2 ingredients. They are NOT in this product.However, having said all that, this product DOES WORK! It DOES make you sleepy at night, and in the 3 nights I’ve taken it so far, I’ve lost 3.2 pounds already!I 1st took it Thurs night 5/22, & on Fri 5/23 there was no change, no weight loss. I took it Fri night 5/23, & on Sat 5/24, I was down 1.6 pounds! Took it Sat night 5/24, & this morning, Sun 5/25, I’m down another 1.6 pounds! That’s 3.2 pounds gone in the 3 nights I’ve taken it!Is it a fluke? I don’t know. Was I eating a lot on Thurs-Fri-Sat? No, but I rarely do anyway, & have been SO stuck! I have 50 pounds to lose, & I eat clean & minimally, but I have Hashimoto’s which has turned my body into a metabolic nightmare! Plus I have back & knee issues, so major workouts are out for now, too. I don’t eat a lot, so my metabolism has plummeted. This is the 1st time in a LONG TIME, that something is FINALLY working, at least in the beginning here, anyway. I hope it continues, of course, but I’ve only just started, only taken it for 3 nights now. But in those 3 nights, I’m down 3.2 pounds. So fluke or for real, I don’t know, but so far I’m very happy & will most definitely continue!!!

Control your appetite without side effects 😉
I'm a 40-year-old mother of two young girls, so my free time is practically nonexistent. Between work, housework, and taking care of my daughters, sticking to an exercise routine is simply impossible. That's why I decided to try the fat burner. Possible belly discomfort
I honestly can't say this has helped me personally with weightloss, however, I was already in a caloric deficit prior to trying this. Also, I have noticed that the nights I take this, I seem to wake up with an upset belly.. I was not sure if it was just coincidence, so I tried spacing it out, taking it 4 consecutive nights and waking with belly discomfort after each time, then taking 4 days off and waking with no tummy issues, then trying again for 1 night and waking up to belly discomfort, stopping a few days and repeating. If this did not upset my belly, I would have kept consistent with it, and it's possible I would have noticed weightloss, however I did not want to have to continue on waking up not feeling well, so I cannot say whether the weightloss aspect works for me personally.
