Vitamin B12 Transdermal Patches - 5000mcgs Methylcobalamin +400mcgs Folic Acid (16 Patches)

This patch it great, gives that b12 boost with the benefit of folic acid. Made & sold my a lady who actually does training in b12 courses & has extensive knowledge & has done research into the effect’s & benefits of b12 supplements

They do make a difference but are fiddly to remove from the backing. I find it easiest if you roll the plaster before you peel it off.

These are working great , a little more energy over the weeks specially when they get into your system great value for money also and you go to have to remember to take any tablets so much better for me

Unfortunately not all of the patches are usable, I tried to peel one back and there was no sticky side just another dry side so could not use it!! As i have never used patches before i am not sure if this is common!

I ordered these for myself after having an allergic reaction to Hydroxocobalamin injections in the hope that I would be able to tolerate this alternative form of B12. The patches were suggested by a consultant immunologist who felt they would be a safe alternative to try. So far so good, no reactions at all to the patches. The patches seem to be good quality and they stay in place well. I applied mine on the back of my shoulder.

This product doesn’t irritate my skin like some others have done. I feel much brighter with it, more energy. I definitely find ‘rolling’ the patch off works best otherwise I end up peeling off the backing and can’t get to the sticky bit!

I use patches as i suffer from B12 deficiency and have tried a number of them. This one is ok but not the best i have tried.
