Ettore Mens Cycling Jacket Waterproof Breathable High Visibility Yellow - Night Eagle II

I bought this jacket about a week ago for cycling to work in Scotland in November - so I've already tested it in rain and wind. It's definitely waterproof and holds up well with the wind. The jacket looks well made and the reflective patches on the shoulders etc are highly effective.RE: warmth - it has a insulative layer around the neck but none elsewhere. Despite this I've never felt cold cycling in this jacket with just a t-shirt underneath. I'm yet to use the vents.RE: size - I bought a size large. I'm 6ft with a ~42in chest. It fits well around the chest without being too tight. The sleeves are quite long on me but I prefer this given I'll only be using the jacket in the winter months.Overall a very good jacket for the price!

Quality jacket and very well made. Had it a year and well impressed with it. Very waterproof, warm and visible. Breathable and plenty of ventilation for summer. Well worth the money. I've paid £180 for jackets that aren't as good as this.After an accident and bad damage to the jacket I purchased another. Well worth the money.

Got this to replace an old jacket I'd had for years.When I first tried it on it fit really well but the arms seemed a bit too long. But when you're on the bike they are perfect.The Hi Viz all over it is very good, you almost glow in the dark. I feel safer on those early morning rides.It is warm, very warm, so perfect for really cold days. I'm not sure I could use it in the spring and autumn it would be too much of a sweatbox. I think I need to find a lighter jacket for those times of the year.

Only worn once to date but very happy with the style and comfort. I wore this on a cold night and good enough to keep me warm with just a t-shirt on underneath but not overly-hot due to the breathable zip-openings under the arms. Rode for over an hour and got home not sweaty at all compared to a pakka waterproof from Mountain Warehouse that had me sweating in less than half the time. I haven't worn it in the rain yet but I'm sure it will do the job. I bought a large, I generally buy large and the fit is fine. Again, in comparison to the Mountain Warehouse pakka for which I've had to buy a medium and even that seems oversized so if you buy the size you generally buy for tops and jackets, you should be fine. Great reflection at night so you're sure to be seen during daytime and nighttime rides.

I cycle to work half an hour each way most days and have used one happily for a couple of years. It is an excellent jacket - comfortable and waterproof does the job brilliantly. It is excellent value - half the price of similar jackets. The only drawback is that it's mediumweight and so too warm for hot summer days. I used to use a Gore jacket until they changed their sizing and that I could use all year round. With this, I need a lightweight jacket for hot summer days.

I have being cycling in cold weather with a terminal t shirt under it and it's warm definitely windproof waterproof I would think so I just got one shower of rain and it ran of it a great jacket for the winter now it's very good quality very happy with it and you will be seen of miles

The fit was very good for me. I'm 82kg 1.73m and quite broad chested so went for an XL. The fit was great - the sleeves not short, but not too long (which can sometimes happen with me). The rear pocket is good, but awkward to get into. This jacket really would benefit from some front pockets. The side zips are great for increasing circulation if you are warm. I cycle to work on an e-bike, and on warm days it is too warm for the return journey, but it is absolutely perfect for a 6am summer cycle with an office shirt on underneath. I've not been in the rain with it yet so can't comment on waterproofness. EDIT: Now I've been caught in the rain I can say that it is splash-proof but not totally waterproof; unfortunately the rain got through the front zip.

Brilliant product. I feel really warm, dry and safe in this with it's high visibility and comfortable fit. Ideal for cycling through the winter! Add that the great price and the really fast delivery and it is a bargin. Cannot praise this itme enough!
