One of the best baklava I have had in a while

Old and stale. I especially don't recommend if you are getting them for a party, to serve guests even for a home visit, or as a gift. The pistachio stuffing was a bit too sweet but okay, however the outside shells/layers were hard, making it overall old and stale, you'd be watching your guest literally unable to take a bite or chew it, very embarassing. They also are not made with the flavor you expect, you don't get any of the rose water taste or the traditional feel of a baklava. I'm gonna add the price doesn't help at all. I had to send it back to the seller's so called "quality control" department. They sent me some weird looking shipping label in a private message, unlike what you usually get with Amazon where you can see it directly under your order. Needless to say, since I'd just given birth, I couldn't ship it. I gave up on shipping it back and never got my fair refund. Amazon service also didn't help much.

I ordered these several months ago and they were excellent. I placed a second order and they are horrible. Hard, stale and obviously very old. Very disappointed!

OCTOBER 2019: I ordered the Baklawa Pistachios in March this year... It was pretty good. So, I re-ordered it again, but the glass plastic tray was fragile (I previously asked them to change it) that it collapsed upon opening, and bits of the plastic got stuck to the Baklawa pieces with the hardened syrup. The Baklawa this time was overbaked with a smell of overcooked oil, dry and hard. They really need to be consistent. They also should improve their customer care and their QA/QC before shipping to customers.
