Ferrari of the Sea Despite Battle Blisters
FIT & COMFORTI'm generally a size 9 ½ or 10, & the 8.5s are still a little big (room for socks / boots). It was my hope that I'd be able to wear these without having to also spend on boots, but initial testing chafed around my Achilles tendon, & my ring toe (?) developed a battle blister.Wound up using two ankle high socks on each foot to solve the issue. A single crew cut sock on each foot will also work if you pull down the top from the calves & double it over around the ankles. Just used normal socks, as I want to feel the water.Diving down to approximately 25ft I've yet to feel uncomfortably cold, so I'll buy legitimate boots & a wetsuit when that changes.DURABILITY & DESIGNAs an ignorant & inexperienced young freediver in development I took these fins to practice in the 6' deep community pool for several days, & several hours. It doesn't take genius levels of IQ to figure out that a 5'8" young man with 3' long fins wouldn't fit too well, but I was too pumped to reason. The fins have gotten scraped & frayed along the edges where they did frequently graze the pool edges & floor when I was learning to maneuver.Nevertheless the material held up incredibly well, & only the edges show the signs of my reckless pursuit of underwater happiness upon close inspection. The price of learning alone from YouTube.PERFORMANCEMy only point of reference prior to these fins are the much shorter duck foot fins that come in $50 snorkel kits on Amazon.By comparison, these babies are the Ferrari of the sea. Despite how exhausted, burned, or blistered I am from 5+ hours in the pool or the sea, I'm always sad to take them off, & always wanting to get back into the water.FINAL THOUGHTS> Awesome fins, although the "camo" was more one shade of grey with an occasional small black splatter.> Sucks, but you'll probably need socks / boots unless you have alligator calloused ankles & toes, regardless of how well fitting they may be for you.> Stay closer to the middle of the pool if possible when learning, or at least go slower to avoid unnecessary damage. These may be tough as nails, but no damage is always best long term.> Not sure what effects sea & chlorinated water has on find, but I'm pretty sure you should rinse these off with fresh water when you get home. Just take them in the shower with you.

Great entry level fins but they are heavy and the sizing is way off
As most here said already, they are a very good pair of entry level fins... probably in the top 3 on the market but man, they are heavy. Additionally, the sizing on these fins is so off. I wear a size 10 shoe, the 8 - 8.5 fit me large! I'm not sure why they are off so badly but I can tell you they definitely run huge. These is why I returned them, even at the right length, there was still a lot of space in the foot pocket almost like they were made for a small bootie or someone with an extra wide foot.

SEAC Motus Size - Black - 11.2 Shoe Size - US
These definitely run on the large side, unless you are going to wear very thick neoprene 3-5 mm socks. I steeped down one Size to the 9.5-10 US and used the cresci ultra stretchy socks; the fins fit perfect. The foot pockets are comfortable as others have reported.I also like that I can switch out the blades in the future. Looking forward to seeing how they perform out of the box.

Sizing runs big. I'm a true 9.5 and the 8 to 9 with 3 mil socks is great
I actually ordered the size 9 to 10 US. The company messed up and sent me the next size down (8-9). Happy accident I suppose, they fit absolutely perfect with a 3 mill sock. That's sock, not a full on bootie with a rubber sole. Major upgrade from scuba fins for a newer spearo. Have only just dove for an hour or two, no full days in them yet. Will update this review for durability stiffness and all day comfort in the coming weeks.

Good quality but stiffer then I like
It is good for beginners but I wanted more flex for more power. I’m going to have to order direct I think for fiberglass fins.
