Louisiana Fish Fry Tartar Sauce, 10.5oz - Pack of 2 - Classic Seafood Accompaniment

I have tried a lot of Carter's sauces, at least 9 varieties of domestic sauces and at least 3 varieties of sauces from England and France and Norway. I have to say this suits my taste the best the flavor is great the consistency is excellent, not too thin or not too thick. The mix of relish mayo and a hint of mustard is spot on. This stuff is great on everything including fried catfish, fried shrimp and plain boiled shrimp. Also great on other varieties of fish. Because you buy it from Amazon it's pretty pricey but it's also hard to find in stores.

IMO the only tartar sauce that brings out the flavor of seafood instead of covering it up.

This was a 2 bottle item. I opened the first, began putting the lid on to store it.On the bottle top was a black mess as if it had been used without cleaning the bottle top.I knew this was not possible as this was the first to use it.Closer inspection showed it was fleas. Fleas are on rats; rats must be in the facilitybotteling this sauce. It was under the safety closure on the bottle. Disgusting. I threw 2 bottles in the trash.I called Amazon. Refunded purchase amount.Facility should be more closely inspected to prevent unsanitary and unhealthy conditions.If possible, my raiting would be "0". It was very thin and "off" texture and color.

I liked the flavor and that it wasn't in a plastic push out spout.

I always used Hellmann's Tartar Sauce but for whatever reason they stopped making it. It was definitely the best tasting tartar sauce. Now I am forced to use this or Frisch's. They are both okay but I do miss the Hellmann's.

This is by far the best store-bought tartar sauce I've ever tasted. I first bought it in my local Kroger but then never found it again. I loved it so much I searched for it online and found some here on Amazon! It's made with fresh ingredients and lots of dill which I love in a tartar sauce. It's absolutely delicious!

Not my favorite but works for fish

This order both bottles were separated and discolored. No amount of shaking made it look edible. Irritated because there's no option to get a refund or replacement.
