It won't over cook
The fact that we can get different pastas on amazon is amazing to me(pasta lover).I ordered this along with gnocchi(ear shaped) Both are good. I make mostly 1 pot pasta so that it absorbs all the gravy taste and to get top level of taste.It dsnt over cook or becomes mushy, neither does it breaks, I was not sure if the edged will break but they dint.I like the pasta to be in btw al dente and mushy ( Indian level cooked pasta😂) and yup it tastes so good that depends how you make its sauce, I have only made red pasta with these and it holds the sauce better and goes well with indian palate.Still the sauce doesn't seep in between coz its thick ( though it coats and holds nicely) so I will suggest 1 pot cooking.
