Great product! Makes crisp waffles in minutes
Got this product for my cafe and I did undergo a lot of research before settling down on this commercial waffle maker.First impressions: Awesome! Total time taken to make a waffle, right from pre-heating it to baking it is less than 5 minutes. It makes nice and crispy waffles within minutes which is the most important part (make sure to give the waffle some air after removing it from the machine to ensure sufficient crispiness).If I were to ever order another one, it would be this one for sure.Edit: 3 months later, with an increase in waffle demand, I have ordered another one of these.

Very good machine in this price. Mine is working superb.
I run a cafe and I am ordering this machine for the second time. First one is working absolutely perfect. Due to the increased demand of waffles in my cafe had to order another machine. The first machine is going to be around 8 months and we using it rigorously day and night from last 8 months and still it’s working fine. In such a price what else you want. I am happy with this purchase. Will update another review soon once I receive the second machine.

Not heating
One of the side is not heating. Other side burning the waffle. Huge loss daily.Product is Not worthy .

Waste of money
The eletric consumption is very high also the steel used is very inferior quality.We cant use it for more than 1 month because of it's structure. Waste
