The best articulated Gokin ever. Just incredible posing potential.
This is by far the best articulated die cast Chogokin figure that Bandai has ever made. It is an absolute masterpiece in design and engineering. You can achieve poses with this that you never ever would have thought possible in a die cast figure. The metal content is low, but not problematic ally so. Especially given the overall lanky frame of the robot. The accessories are superb, thankfully including the flight pack. The only downside... This figure alone will make you want to spend a little extra to get a Tamashii Stage Stand to display it in leaps and bounds and flight. There is also an add on weapons pack available for this figure. It consists of 2 large drills and a ton of tiny little ones. The add on set is a nice to have, but not really necessary item. Which is a good thing. The Gurren Lagen fig stands well enough on its own.Oh one word of caution. The drills on this thing are made of hard incredibly sharp pointy plastic. This is NOT a child's toy. 13+ are recommended.

An (almost) must have figure for any Gurren lagann fan
This Is in my opinion one of the best Gurren Lagann figures out there. The sculpt is beautiful, the paint job is splendid and it makes an awesome little thing to keep on your desk to fiddle around with. That being said I do have a couple problems with the figure. First of all the sculpt while very good isn't exactly show accurate, his waist is a little too small, his knee guards are a tad too big and the dai Gurren logo on his shoulder pads is not the iconic symbol fans of the show have come to know but instead is a much smaller skull painted to actually look like fire, which i am not a big fan of. If you can look past those flaws then this certainly will be a figure you wont regret purchasing and if you cant the just go with the revoltech Gurren Lagann. The revoltech figure has a much more show accurate sculpt and is a bitt more affordable. Overall this Gurren Lagann figure is very nice and if you're in the market for some GL merchandise and your'e a fan of the show then this guy is certainly something to consider. As a side note this figure probably has the best looking and largest giga drill out of all the available figures but it is sold separately so keep that in mind if you are trying to find the best figure for you.

Amazing figure but mine was sadly was damage.
Sadly as much as I love this figure, my copy was left in a box that was in the sun. The box was sun bleached and the figure it self has cracked and back joints, The plastic part was cracked connecting to diecast mental in the back of the torso. So the torso is very loose and floppy. Either it was tightened too much or being in the sun of a store window damaged the figure. I would ask for refund or new parts or something but thanks to tariffs I would have to wait longer or possibly never to get replacement.

The Figure that will Pierce the Heavens?
I'd say yes. This figure has amazing articulation, great paint applications, and a good array of accessoriesIt is, however, not without flaws.First is its proportions. The hip to waist ratio is that of a woman with thunder thighs. The kneecaps too. THEY'RE HUGE.The side skirts also hinder movement of the legs. The drill bits too are susceptible to breaking as well.I'd say this version in between its Revoltech and the Riobot counterparts price and quality wise, but I prefer this SRC version over both for playing around with since the Revoltech's articulation is sub par, and the Riobot feels as durable as a resin kit.

you cant go wrong with this figure easily the best constructed gurren figure out there
Love it completely easily the best constructed Gurren figure out there but the proportions are a tad offFigure looks great and is easily my favorite out of my collection. I only wish that it came with a Giga DrillThere are only two consone the proportions - tiny chest giant knees------------------but----------------the figure looks great regardlessand two - mine came with some paint missing on the neck and red paint smeared off the back onto the wing pack(this is a issue that i only ran into and are not affecting all figures, also i dont really mind so much just pointing it out)

This IS the figure that will pierce the heavens!
This figure is amazing! The articulation is fantastic and the figure has great paint applications. The build quality is top notch and includes a good amount of die cast. The accessories are plentiful, just be very careful as the drills on the back of the Gurren wing are extremely fragile.

You Know how else like Gurren Lagann...MY MOM
when i got the bandai's Gurren Lagann, it was awesome, the Revoltech has too many version of Gurren Lagann like the regular, full drill, flight mode, but with bandai version you're get the wings right away and if you get the Drill of Manliness set you can make him the full drill mode better then the Revoltech. over all the Bandai Tamashii Nations is doing great with the figures keep it up.Pros: the detail of the figure and poseableCons: nothingWHOOOOOOOO LATER LADIES

Great action figure
I really like this figure. The coloring and articulation are spot on as is the sturdiness. I have two things that bug me slightly one is that the stiffness of the joints sometimes makes me feel like I may break it in some poses but it being a Chogokin means that is nearly impossible. The other is that the sculpt is slightly unproportionate to the figure on the series though I will admit this is a nit-pick issue given the show the figure is based on. I highly recommend this figure.
