Excellent
Great device for helping your pelvic floor muscles. I always do my exercises anyway, but this really boosts your muscles. I do it each day whilst watching the TV in the evening so it is easy to remember. My pelvic floor muscles have become much stronger which is absolutely great. The machine is not cheap, but it is worth the investment to help with stress incontinence or to prevent stress incontinence which was the case with me. After the first month of doing it daily, you only need to do it once a week to maintain the strength in your pelvic floor muscles that you have achieved. It is easy to use, the battery life seems to last ages. It is easy to insert and when in use, is comfortable but you can feel it working. There is a big range so you can start low, and increase the strength of your muscles by increasing the intensity of the pulse. I would highly recommend this device. The only thing I would say is that I am exempt from paying VAT on medical equipment due to having a disability, but had to contact Amazon 4 times before the VAT was refunded and even then they didn't refund the VAT, they just credited me £11.80 against something else I purchased. Usually Amazon are great with their Customer service, but this was a bit of a hassle but I got there in the end.

This is really helping!
I have been using this product since 11.05.22 so nearly a month now. I have to say that I have found it hugely helpful. I have suffered 'mixed' for about 4 years which ties in with what a lot of women say that it can be brought on by menopause. Anyway what began as run of the mill stress incontinence evolved into that plus the dreaded 'urge' incontinence. Now I have come to believe that stress incon is just a failing of the pelvic floor muscles due to age and probably exacerbated by the effects of pregnancy and childbirth (I have had 4 pregs and 5 children) however, the urge incon is odd. I know that at least some of that could be due to psychological reasons like I can know I need to go urgently but I'm alright right until I get near the loo and then woosh! However the problem is made up it is a huge problem that's for sure.Anyway, I can report that after nearly a month of using nearly every day, I have noticed a significant improvement. Using the MIXED program for 20 minutes a day has really helped. The overall effect on me is that I am now much more aware of my pelvic floor muscles and am now much more likely to practice the kegels at random times. The emphasis in the instruction manual is to go for strong squeezes so quality not quantity and this gizmo helps you to work to that. The part of the program the first 10 minutes that is for URGE is meant to somehow sooth these muscles I don't know how it's meant to work but it seems to because I am suffering less with this problem now.I think I can put some of the improvement down to the fact that I am much more aware of myself and my patterns of behaviour (like simply waiting too long to go) but it is this little gizmo that has helped me to become more aware.Overall I say - give it a go. Stress and Urge incontinence problems do not just go away, you have to do what you can to take back control of your bladder etc and this will help you do that.Also it is very easy to use, I use it for 20 minutes in the morning while I'm getting ready for the day then it goes back into its bag until tomorrow. No drama.Thank you for creating this TensCare. It's a really good little machine.

Really good product. I'm a bit hit and miss using it, but you can definitely feel it working your muscles.

Great device in addition to Kegels and other exercises
I have been using mine daily for nearly 2 months now, alongside daily Kegels and other pelvic floor exercises. I have noticed a significant improvement already. I also found that, because this device works by stimulating the muscle groups needed to train the pelvic floor, I then knew which parts to engage when doing exercises - something I personally hadn't realised I hadn't been doing correctly.It's really easy to use, I usually use mine in the evening when I'm watching TV or reading a book. I do find I have to keep checking to make sure the device hasn't rotated when using so that the pads remain in the correct position - but this isn't too difficult.All in all, I would definitely suggest giving this a go - especially when you compare the cost to other pelvic floor trainers on the market!

Broken in less than a month after less than 5 uses !!!!
Not even a month, I have only used it 4 times and it's broken !!!The screen comes on to a 0 no matter what buttons i press, nothing works.It was working fine when I first got it. This is the second I have owned and the first one I purchased in 2021 died within 6 months.Absolute rubbish product, don't waste your money!

Although this item was sold by tenscare ,ITOUCHSURE FOR MEN,LITERATURE IS VERY POOR ON HOW TO USE IT FOR MEN. PARTICULARLY ELECTRODE APPLICATION.ON PERIUM OR EITHERSIDE OF SPINE CLOSE TO GLUTEAL REGION IS NOT CLEARLY DESCRIBED. ONLY AN SCANTY ADDON. TO THE ONE WRITTEN FOR FEMALE

Life-changing gizmo
After a ten and a half lb baby, my pelvic floor needed some TLC. I was suffering a uterine prolapse, which is scary and debilitating - and I was told it was a 10 month wait to see a gynaecologist! Mercifully, this gizmo has made such a colossal difference I really think I no longer need any medical intervention. I am all tight and perky again, without having to do any actual work myself. I just stuff the beast skywards while I watch half an hour of telly, and magic happens. My husband says the difference is palpable for him too. It’s been genuinely transformative. I didn’t suffer from incontinence, but I use the “urge” setting, which certainly does the trick. My womb is back where it belongs. Thank goodnsss. I don’t often write reviews, but I hope this may help another woman terrified and depressed her organs are sagging and rearranging themselves. I know how horrid it feels. Do give this beast a go. It’s well-priced, easy to use and it’s given me back my life.
Always ensure the probe is properly connected before use. If the device resets to 0 and flashes, stop using it immediately and check the probe connection. If the issue persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
