Good quality material
The material is thick, durable, and heavily padded, but they lost their shape after being on my knees for 2, 12 hour shifts. Now the're flat, so when I walk around they tend to get snagged on everything.

Awesome! The felt is superb, the leather too!
If you’re used to gel knee pads you just strap-on and go, you’ll hate them. You need to understand leather takes time to break-in. 1st day you strap them on loose allowing the tops to roll around, slide, compress, flatten out, etcetera. Second day, strap tighter a hole, 3rd day next hole… Use, that’s how they break-in: heat and sweat, just like a baseball mitt. After their broke-in, you’ll not complain.
