This does come with both bi level fountains as the picture shows correct?

Good Afternoon Kelli, The EZSTL8WSSK is a Filtered Bi-Level Water cooler meaning that it comes with a higher and lower fountain. It is one Bi-Level unit. You would receive one higher dependent unit and a lower master unit with a bottle filling station on top of it.
