I have never given a 5 star review for the hundreds of products I've bought from Amazon. If I could I'd give it more. I have screens on the second story that were originally beige that had turned black. While I was playing out my work plan I noticed that between and above and below these windows was covered in green mold as well. I bought the two pack thinking I'd have to do two treatments. I was shocked when I turned the nozzle setting to the water only setting and started to rinse it off. All the mold on the screens was gone in just a couple minutes. I sprayed the entire area first and after reading the instructions and word with the knowledge that "don't let it dry". I decided to rinse it ad soon as I finished spraying it on. I'm glad I did. It took me 3 - 5 minutes to spray the whole area which is approximately 20' W x 10' tall and I was ready to dance a jig when I saw how clean it was. I came back to reality and thought I'd better hold off on that dance until it dries. Well, I wasn't disappointed. About an hour later I went out to look at it and was was like brand new. I've got the extra gallon so now I'm going to do the chimney on the other side of the house. But this product, you won't be disappointed.

Easy to use. Product works exactly as advertised - spray on, let sit on surface, rinse. Cleared my north-facing siding all the way up to second story without need for ladder. Just my hose and the cleaning solution with included dispenser adapter. If you apply and scrub, your surface will be like new. I chose just to apply and rinse. Siding still looks fresh and clean, though if you walk right up to it, you can see some minimal, faint residue in some areas. For sake of convenience and time, apply and rinse works great. Only reason it's not 5 stars is that there was some minimal leakage during shipping due to the caps of each of the bottles allowing small amounts of solution out - likely due to the boxes being stored incorrectly in inventory and/or during shipping.

Have used this product over the course of 5 years now. SO easy.... Reaches the peaks on my ranch style home with no problem. I find that a 5 minute set time after application and before rinsing off, seems to work best. I would also note that the siding continues to get cleaner looking over the next few hours as it eats away at mold and mildew over time. I try to apply on an overcast day so it doesn't dry to quickly. No more dragging out a pressure washer for me. Smell isn't too bad. Great value over hiring someone.

Was skeptical due to some reviews and some yt videos. But the product worked very well for our home. We bought 3 bottles thinking it would be more than enough but, the bottles go pretty quickly. The nozzle attachment connected to our garden hose easily and allowed it had 3 options, off, rinse (no product), and spray (with product). We have a 2 story home and it was able to get to the top. I would suggest spraying from the top down as the product will eventually work its way down on its own. I would also suggest using 1 bottle for each side of your home for the best results. Even as you spray it on you can already see the product working. We gave it about 5 mins before rinsing it off completely and sprinkled it a little so it didn’t dry up before hand.

I am surprised by the bad reviews. I spent a few minutes making sure all connections were tight. Our water pressure is not the best but l was able to reach over twenty feet with the sprayer. On my first application l underestimated how effective this product is and could have used far less to do the job. It is important to give the cleaner a few minutes to dissolve the grime.Reading some negative reviews l could tell that the thread on the nozzle being plastic it can easily crossthread with a hose metal coupling. As it is l got a fabulous result for thirty bucks that had cost me close to two hundred several times AND my many plants were not bothered at all. Just make sure to rinse everything well after you finish.
