This is a very preliminary review, but so far I am liking this product. I think one of the things I like a lot is that the amount of lotion needed is very reasonable and easy to put on and rub it quickly. I don't feel like I am going to need a new bottle before the month is even up, this is going to actually last so it feels like a better investment. I was using a different product that worked, but geez I was spending too much as it would be empty before a month was even up. So many of these products require that you rub in a pretty sizable amount of product and, for me, it takes forever for it to absorb because it is so much. And it will saw apply to wrists and I am like, huh??? lol. I have needed much more fleshy real estate for so much cream! However, this product truly can be applied to wrists and rubbed in. I also appreciate the packaging and the pump, very precise and works well...best dispenser of this type of product that I have used. I have not had any of my perimenopause issues flare up so I assume, so far, that this is doing its job. Should anything change, I will change my review, but I think I finally found my estro cream of choice and will stick with it. Oh and I also love that this has BOTH estriol and estradiol (ladies you NEED the estradiol for this time of life. I made the mistake of just using estriol and am glad I switched).

Would be an easy 5 stars with better instructions!

The Natural Bioidentical BI-EST 5.0 comes in a generous size pump that provides 3 months of cream. Since you don't use a lot at one time, I'm pretty confident it's true. A dose is only two small pumps, far less than many out there.I will say I'm surprised you can purchase this without a prescription because two others I've tried were prescription only and you needed much more cream per dose. Surprisingly, this performance cream seems to hold up to the others and seems to be effective.The cream doesn't irritate my skin and absorbs quickly without any greasy residue. With Aloe, coconut oil, and Shea butter, it seems to also be good as a light moisturizer, at least to the specific areas it's applied.For three months of supply for under $60, it's a good value.

I haven't noticed any change with this product, but I haven't used it much. After reading some negative reviews, I got nervous using a product that might mess with my hormones. I am not yet in the perimenopausal stage and was concerned this product would kickstart that process. I will say it's easy to use and absorbs well. I will save it for when I really need it. Hmm, I am confused. I never tried any hormones during menopause .I went through menopause without any help.Now I am peri menopausal , roughly a year . Hot flashes are a memory , thankfully.I ordered this product mainly to help with mood and skin dryness but it causes me hot flashes I haven’t experienced at least two years . And I only been using it for 3 days now and only 4 pumps once a day inside of my armsI am not going back to that , I rather be grouchy than feeling like I am back in full menopause.If I had know that this can cause hot flashes I would have stayed clear of it.
