Fantastic, 5 stars!
I absolutely love this power bank, I’ve tried loads and this is by far the best. It’s chunky and a bit heavy, which isn’t in any way a criticism, it’s just a physical limitation as these things can only be so light and still work.A physical limitation INIU do seem to have overcome though is the overall size. For a power bank of this capacity, this is absolutely tiny.Build quality and charging speed are both very good. I use a Ugreen 65w plug to charge it with and it charges from 0-100% in just over two hours. If you used a 100w plug, you’d be even quicker. This may be a little niche, but I use this to power a lens warmer while I’m doing astrophotography. With my lens warmer on medium, this will last about 8 hours (tested at -6°c) which is more than enough! It will also stay on the whole time. Some power banks will auto power off with lens warmers due to the way they intermittently pull power to keep a constant temp. This one doesn’t, which is great.Price is fair, no complaints in that department. It’s pretty much plug and play out of the box, so very easy to use.

Its quality. Well worth the money!
There is nothing light about this power bank (about 500g) which is what you would expect with a big battery (multiple batteries inside). If it was light then it wouldn't be able to deliver the power. I use my phone as a mobile hotspot for my tablet when I work outside and needed something to charge both on days when I use the devices heavily. It managed to fast charge my phone and charge my tablet simultaneously. My old power bank simply couldn't fast charge anything and couldn't deliver enough power to charge the tablet at all and therefore I couldn't work all day without finding an AC adapter. This one looks and feels quality. Many other power banks (cheaper) either lie about their capacity or simply disappoint - this one does exactly what it says it will. Very pleased that I invested in it. Best power bank I have had. Lower power devices (ear buds etc) will need to be charged from the 18w port I found, therefore you may need to carry 2 cables (USB-A and USB-A). The bank comes with a short USB-C cable so you may need a USB-A to USB-C cable for some devices. Make sure that you use good cables to fast charge devices not cheap cables.[UPDATE] I have bought a USB-C to 5.5x2.5mm barrell adapter so that I can run my Gigabyte G5 gaming laptop. I also bought a USB-C cable that shows the charge in watts and can graph my laptop battery being charged and discharged. The laptop thinks the power bank is an ac adapter and therefore can charge the laptop battery at a rate of about 14 watts and run the laptop doing normal work (web browser and watching Amazon Prime video). The power needed to do this varies between 33 watts and 59 watts depending on what the laptop is doing. Power bank works great. I then got the GPU running and played Halo - the power bank delivered 110 watts (and even 114 watts momentaraly). The laptop wanted more power than this and so behaved as though the power plug was being plugged in and out every 5 to 20 seconds, when this happened the laptop is switching between its own battery and the power bank. The power bank therefore is working perfectly! If I stop using the GPU to play the game power usage returns back to 35 watts approx.During my tests the power bank ran the laptop for approx 45 minutes, charged the laptop from 25% to 40% and powered the laptop while in use and by the time I wrote this line the power bank was only down to 65%.The powerbank can deliver 110 watts momentarily and will sustain 100watts (I haven't found a way to demand 100 watts continually yet). It does deliver what it says it can.The photo shows the laptop playing a video and graphing the laptop battery charge and discharge while I tested. Just to show that I did test it. The blue part of the graph shows me trying to disharge the battery the red line shows when the power bank was running the laptop and charging the laptop. It shows at that moment the power bank was delivering 51 watts to the laptop and for my tests which lasted about 45 minutes the power bank only discharged down to 73%. While the GPU was demanding a lot of power it also shows that the laptop wasn't being charged and as soon as I stopped playing Halo charging resumed at 14 watts.Bottom line is this is a great power bank and works as advertised. Well pleased.

Excellent power bank
The best power bank I’ve owned. Charges quickly and transfers power to my devices quickly. A good solid construction.

Faulty unit was replaced swiftly and I am loving it!!
What a beast!! Its relatively small and light weight for power that it packs. Keeps my power hungry Macbook and Ipad working away from mains power supply. Capacity and inputs/outputs as advertised, works perfect!Worth mentioning that customer service received from Iniu was outstanding. Replacement arranged quickly and without any bumps or issues.Well recommended!!

Not quite reliable and thicker than the pictures in description
The media could not be loaded. Bought the power bank as it was on price cut and I need one to replace a faulty one. I was surprised to find a thick power bank when I opened the package. It was at least 0.25 to 0.5 inch thicker than those pictures in the product description and it was quite heavy too (see picture). Anyway, I bought it to power my laptop computer and it does its job. When I recharged it after a couple of cycles of use, it went dead as you can see in the video. The screen kept on blinking and it couldn't charge. I googled the issue and found restarting the power is one of the solutions. And so I did. It's working fine now but I don't know if the same problem would happen again. The product comes with a slider and it was a mobile phone stand indeed. It's a thoughtful design (see pictures). It also comes with a short USB c cable and cheap cloth bag for storage.Overall, I'm not impressed with the pictures at the description of the product not matching the exact product, which gives people a wrong impression of the thickness of the power bank. I'm also worried about the reliability of the product. Therefore I took one star off each. Other than that, the power bank works fine after two months of use. I think there are other similar products in the market for consideration and I will go for other brands should I need one in the future.[Added after customer service contacted]After I posted the above review, the after-sales customer service of Amazon send a letter to me and offered me a brand new replacement of the power bank with 3 years warranty. I'm impressed with the gesture and so I took the offer as the previous one has issue there. I might need one as backup in case the previous one fails again. I'm impressed with the customer service but not the product and I have to be true to myself. Still, the picture the customer service used in the letter is not a genuine reflection of the actual thickness of the product, which lured me into purchasing the product (it is at least 1/4 inch thicker than the picture).Overall, I am very impressed with the quality of the after-sales service but not so much for the product. I do not want to mislead others in this review for the power bank and I'm sorry that I have to maintain the same review rating for the product.Revised October 2024After a year's of usage, I have decided to revise my previous review and give it a 4 stars rating for its power and endurance. It still works as well as it was a year ago and the reliability issue seems to be gone as time goes by. It can charge my phones multiple times before I have to recharge the power bank. It's not a power bank that you can carry around in your clothes pocket but considering the high output it provides and the power bank is a product made a year ago, it's good for what it supposed to do.
