Limited mobility can still use this product effectively. The lower side (grab bar) doesn't impede your natural motion to get into bed. Also, as you get out of bed, your legs move over it easily. Q: what height does the platform adjust to and from the floor

Q: I purchased two units. Love the overall function but the motion light on both units continually malfunction. Can this be remedied??

Had the same problem and they replaced ours as well - excellent customer service, BTW. I tried replacing the batteries - no joy! BUT, i I tried again a few days later and accidentally put one battery in backwards - dim light of course - after putting the battery back in correctly, its now working! Same batteries I had tried before! Go figure! The replacement is waiting in the wings should the need arise.

Q: Can it be attached to the bed frame?

Some customers will use zip ties or bungee cords to attach it to the bed frame. If doing so, running the strap around the back of the legs underneath the step of the step2bed should create an even more stable product.
