Sleep patches
I have trouble sleeping at night. I love the patches they are a great price. Just put on shoulder or arm and it doesn't come off while sleeping. No side effects. Very easy to apply and take off in the mornings.

These sleep patches work wonders my husband was having problems sleeping and since he's been using these hasten sleeping very good I would recommend them to anyone

Works okay
These worked okay for me. No groggy hangover. I just don’t think they work well enough for me. They don’t seem to last for more than 4 or 5 hours. I have a high tolerance though, so maybe they would work better for others.

Nasty, avoid.
These things stink of perfume. Many other brands use essential oils, and you can faintly smell lavender and hops. Not these, they’ll make your skin smell like cheap perfume long after you peel off the patch. If they lie about that apart, I don’t trust them about anything else.
