Perfect headset!
The product is very comfortable and distributes the weight a lot better than the strap that comes with the Quest. Super easy to adjust you just twist the knob on the back. Seems really well built and durable. Definitely an upgrade for the Quest!

I have very mixed feelings about this one, so please read my review below.
I am no stranger to Quest headsets, and I'm also no stranger to the many different types of head straps available. I used to love my Quest 1 with an aftermarket halo head strap with some 3D printed parts that I made myself. The point is, it was a halo head strap and so it had a pad on your forehead to help stabilize the headset without putting pressure on the area around your eyes. So when I got a Quest 3S, I wanted a head strap that was similar. Prior to getting this one, I had an off-brand head strap that was not a halo design - just rear support with a battery inside and a cushioned strap on top. That was the one I used exclusively until I found this halo model. I also used Kiwi products on my Quest 1 and I found them to be superior to just about everything else on the market. So with all that said, I was very excited to try this Kiwi H4 halo. While the product is very adjustable, from where it sits on the back of your head, to how tight the forehead pad is relevant to the back, to how much distances between the headset and the forehead cushion (up and down to center at eye level), it is all adjustable. The one thing that isn't quite adjustable, and the most important thing I'm getting to, is moving the headset forward and backward. There is some forwards and backwards adjustment, but it isn't enough to place the headset against my face securely. This means that I can't push the headset back around my eyes like any other headset. Therefore, the distance created between the headset and my face is large. This means that the headset wobbles around any time you move, and in VR, that's literally all the time. So while it is very comfortable because of the halo style, the fact that I can't tighten the headset to my face enough so that it won't move around means that this would only be good for watching a movie that doesn't require head movement. Any other game or interactive content, where you need to be able to move your head, will not work with this headset because of the constant wobbling, which is because the headset can't be pushed back far enough to your face. If they would've given that front to back adjustment a dial and gave you more room to move it, then this would be the perfect headset for me. But as it is, since it doesn't grip your face enough to not wiggle around, it is unusable when playing a game. And that, to me, is very disappointing. I guess I should try the Kiwi G4 instead. It's just unfortunate that my favorite kind of strap, the halo strap, isn't a viable option anymore.Other than that, build quality from Kiwi is awesome as always, and I highly recommend most of their products. Just please understand what you are getting here is not for gaming in VR - it is more for relaxing and watching content with no head movement.

Plastic strap snapped
Had this for only a few weeks and the plastic broke, tried to use super glue to fix it. Really disappointed, can't even return it now. Shame since I bought other KIWI Quest products and liked them.

It broke itself and my Quest 3
Product design is flawed, certain parts aren't durable enough. (pics)My VR overhead strap "bar" broke because it put too much pressure on it.The "back rest" snapped off a few days after that.Functionally the side sliding friction-lock adjustments on the side could break your charging cable by a finger slip.Comfy unless it slips which it does a lot.Zero facial pressure is a lie, it has marked my face heavily.Product page says Connectivity Technology Bluetooth despite no battery. Kinda funny.
