I got this for my rabbit, not a dog so I can't testify to its use on a puppy. On a rabbit, it was a challenge. My bunny does not like sitting still and DOES NOT like his paws touched so it took two of us and a banana to get paws into this clay. I can't fault the product for that. It was not designed for rabbits, it was designed for dogs.The clay doesn't get baked, so after you get the impression, you let it air dry for a 4-5 days to get it set. This is not a "quick-turn-around" gift. You have to do some planning and a week to harden it. The clay is easy to work with which is good. We had to start over a few times after rabbit conniptions.The pre-made forms are the right size for the amount of clay you get. You get a solid, thick ornament that feels good and solid, not delicate at all.The kit comes with little letters you can press into the clay to put names and dates. I found it hard to line them up well. It was easier just to write in the clay itself.

Our dog got cancer my daughter was very upset. This was easy to use and gave her something to remember him. It was not messy and and easier to use than I imagined Impression came out very good

Product delivery was on time and is of excellent quality. The item is new and has been delivered in a timely manner. The appearance is very good and of great value.

The media could not be loaded. Ordered these for my fur babies. The material seemed to crack a bit. I ended up painting them which helped fill in the cracks a little bit. Pretty good for the money.

These are just okay. We purchased a few different kits for our old lady dog that we had to “send off.” There were so many mixed reviews that we bought a few different ones just in case. This was our least favorite. We followed directions to a T and the print just turned out okay. It also seemed to take several days for it to fully dry. Maybe it was a fluke but I wouldn’t purchase this one again.

It has everything you need to make a memorable ornament for your pets. My kids enjoyed making them with their pets and painting them. (It even comes with paint!) Note: for small pets, the clay you get is enough to make a couple if their paws are small enough!

Very great product!!!!! Super easy to work with, comes with two packs of clay, 2 trays, 2 shapes (heart and circle), 2 brushes, paints, letters and numbers, 2 ropes for ornament, 2 stands and so much more. Instructions are easy to follow and easy to make prints. I can't wait for it to dry out and paint it! Definitely worth the money for how much you get in a kit!
