This is a great workout machine. It is very easy to use and doesn’t take up a lot of space in the family room. I like that it has pictures on it to show you the various exercises that can be done.

I have to say, this thing is pretty cool. It fits perfectly under the bed when not in use and is easy to use! It's well made and solid but not super heavy or anything. In my opinion, it's worth it.

when I first purchased this, I was buying for the fact that it was quite universal and could be used for multiple different purposes for exercising. A miniature miniature home gym if you would. It helps you with arms, legs, abs, push-ups, and quite literally anything else you would probably like to use it for. there was no need to assemble it as it was already put together, which was a huge plus. It’s quite easy to use and it’s extremely functional. The only downside I found with this was that even on the highest resistance, I didn’t find that it was enough for me to feel anything. i’ve enjoyed the product using it on everything else, but the abs is what I was really looking for. When I do my crunches, I don’t have the pressure of laying on a flat surface and having to pull myself up as it causes me quite a bit of back pain, but I was hoping that the resistance would be a little bit stronger and help me build my core.

Item was packed carefully and made sure the item was protected. Item is durable and spring was great, helping with sit ups, push ups which I needed help with. I also used it with strengthening my arms. Item is affordable since this costs so much lower than if I have to pay membership to a gym. It's not supposed to be compared to a gym machine, this is just something that will help me get some exercise at home while watching tv rather than sit and watch 2 shows etc. Good size, I just leave it where I can see it to remind me I have to do some exercise after work without having to go out. Design is good, padded where your supposed to sit and the arms padded too. Great exercise machine, definitely recommend.

I recently purchased this workout equipment, and I couldn't be happier! It works great and has truly transformed my fitness routine. The bars provide excellent support, allowing me to push myself further and complete longer workouts. I feel stronger and more motivated than ever. I highly recommend this equipment to anyone looking to enhance their workouts! Five stars all the way!

I think this item could work well but I didn't see any results in the time that I had it. But I have back problems and and pretty overweight ,so maybe I didn't give it enough time but I wasn't willing to wait until the time period was over for me to return it to decide whether or not it worked.

I love this compact machine. I can do a variety of fitness activities with it. my favorite is using as a stepper while sitting, or arm exercises. it folds flat, has 4 different resistance levels and was affordable

I LOVE THIS SIT UP MACHINE! I use it everyday and my abs are coming in. I do about 80 to 100 sit ups a day and work consistency this works! I even have my mother using it now and she wants her own lol
