I have been a keen cyclist all my life and at the age of 72 I had a stroke and couldn’t get out on my bike outdoors.I walk aided by a zimmer frame and decided to buy The Advamsoler exercise bike to help with my recovery plan.The bike is really well packaged taking care not to damage any items during delivery and the Amazon driver was very helpful moving the package to a room I selected.The bike is very easy to assemble and it took my brother 30 minutes to assemble it and adjust the handle bars and seat for my convenience and the instructions were straight forward and easy to follow.The Advamsoler Exercise Bike is a well designed bike, quiet and very sturdy and there was no wobbling when I started pedalling, I felt confident that I wasnt going to fall off it.The seat is very comfortable and I can change the resistance easily using the resistance knob.I can keep track of my progress as I ride the bike as it comes with a LCD display and it scans the following every 6 seconds during the exercise:TimeSpeedDistanceOdometerCaloriesI am really glad I bought the Advamsoler Exercise Bike and as a result I am able to enjoy riding a bike again albeit it indoors and its been very helpful in aiding my recovery.I have given this bike a five star rating and cannot find any faults with it and is well worth the money I paid for it.

I do quite a bit of running and during the darker evenings, and especially as the knees aren't getting any younger, I wanted a handy, go-to, low-impact option for exercising in the evenings. I have two young kids so am limited with my free time, so opted for an exercise bike to add to my home gym.Being completely honest, I couldn't speak more highly of the build quality of the Advamsoler Exercise Bike. The bike was well packaged and really easy to set up, even for me who I would count as a novice when it comes to building anything flat pack of semi-technical. The instructions were clear and concise and I was up and running (or cycling) within about 45 minutes. The excess packaging or off-cuts such as the usual polystyrene and ties were handily placed inside the box the bike came in but plenty of it was recyclable too.As for the bike itself, two things I will say about it as major positives for me are how quiet it is during operation and also how sturdy it feels. It is a solid piece of equipment and all of the components feel hard-wearing and that they will last a good amount of time. The quietness of the product means that if I am doing a quick half-hour session, I won't disturb anyone in the rest of the house. It also means that if I am watching my tablet whilst cycling, I don't have to have headphones on or have the volume ramped up to a ridiculous level.The console is basic but workable though to be honest, I base my stats off my Apple Watch rather than what is displayed on the screen. There is a handy stand for holding a tablet at a good height. The seat is also adjustable in terms of height too meaning you can set it to whatever you need for your body size.I would highly recommend this afordable bike for anyone looking to expand their home gym or just looking to get started with a bit of cardio. It has helped me greatly on days where I am not running or playing football and my knees are grateful for the low impact workout.

The bike was easy to assemble and is very sturdy and well manufactured . As it’s not too bulky , it can be stored away easily .When in use the bike is silent , making it very suitable for indoor use . I’ve found the bike to be comfortable to use for long periods without experiencing any issuesThe display monitor is large in size and clear and records basic details such distance , calories and speed and so it’s very easy to design your own training programme accordingly .Overall I’ve found the bike to be functionable and good value for money and I’m very happy with my purchase .

After being a little sceptical that a home bike could in some way match the spin sessions at the gym, I decided to but this bike and see.I was surprised by the ease if construction & the overall quality of the bike (it's smooth and heavy, but manoeuvrable).I like the stand to dock my tablet and watch tv shows or join a YouTube spin video without the monthly subscription fees.This bike allows for me to take advantage of the small windows of time available through a hectic week, and get the exercise in that I wouldn't have had enough time to get to the gym.Great purchase at a great price point.

Decent addition to supplement the gym, took about 20mins to build - was very well packaged - and word of warning... its heavy! but that goes hand in hand with the build quality I guess.Feels very strongly built, plenty of knobs securing the seat, slide for the seat, another for handle bars. Nice wheels on the front making it easy to move in front of the TV easily - though I'm looking to use it with a VR headset soon - next level fitness!Very quiet and smooth in operation - no rattling unlike one I owned years ago - though I did pay a bit more for this. Find it easy to change the resistance too using the appropriate knob on the frame. So far very pleased. May pair this up with some other cardio kit soon, mini home gym incoming!
