High quality camera with big screen and zoom
This digital camera was of strong build and felt robust in the hand, of good quality. The resolution was very high, and digital zoom was up to 16 times which was very far. The screen was also large to preview photos taken on the 2.8 inch screen. Bright screen, and fast at taking photos. Colours were vibrant and little noise. Reasonably priced, and would recommend

Waste of money
Decided to buy this as a back up to my phone camera whilst on holiday as it had a better zoom than my phone. Unfortunately the zoom was rubbish and no better than my phone and each battery lasted about 30 minutes having taken less than 10 photos on each. An absolute waste of money. The functions are also not straightforward fiward and the screen kept going different colours

Appears well built and user friendly
The media could not be loaded. The camera outer shell is mainly plastic bit appear well built. The menu system is adequate and took me sometime to get used to, it is a low cost camera, so I did not expect it to be like a SONY camera. The still images taken in daylight are sharp and clear, colours are natural, the highest resolution is 48mp 8000x6000 but only in 4:3, the wide images 3648x2048 you are down to 7mp and 1920x1080 at 2mp. Overall, the still images are quite satisfactory. The video I tested using the highest resolution 2688x1520, I do not think there is a hand steadying option, so my video has a lot of tiny hand tremor, this is not ideal, the video file produced is in avi format, a bit old fashion, the code for the video is jpeg, never seen that before and audio codec is pcm, some TVs will be unable to play this but they play ok on my desktop. I also converted some video files using a free PC program called Handbrake to AVC for video and AAC for audio, they turned out pretty well. So for video I recommend using a chair or a wall to steady your camera.In conclusion, this is a good camera for the price, it is light to carry for camping trips mountain trekking. BTW this camera take MICRO SD CARDS not the full size one shown by Amazon.
