Love it! I got an Amazon renewed one and it is perfect quality, just like any Samsung product (and received as a brand new one would come, in box etc). Very nice looking as well and not one scratch on renewed watch either! The watch was very easy to link with my Galaxy S23. I've had it for several months and no issues. The battery life is amazing. It's comfortable too. Great value!I was worried the color of the bezel would look too gold, however it does not. I purchased a separate stainless silver-link watch band, and a clear bezel protector. The bezel matches the band perfectly, it looks silver (I think it is actually a light tone gold, but blends well). The original band is nice too, I just wanted a more "dressy" look.

Perfect. Absolutely happy. It came in perfect shape, the box it was shipped in was the original because it was a remanufactured watch I suppose. Other than that it's a fantastic deal. I've had it for about a month. It's very durable. I did put a bezel protector and a face protector on it. There were only a few dollars and it's been very useful. The battery lasts about 2 days if the battery saver is on. It lasts a little over a day if the battery saver is off and I track my sleep. The sleep tracker has more features than I'm used to. It will actually track multiple sessions of sleep in one night. I tend to wake up after a couple hours for 30 to 40 minutes and fall back asleep. My previous watch wouldn't track this. This watch catches all of my sleep time and rates it together. It gives you an energy score which is actually seeming pretty accurate. It also gives me very good insight into the things I need to do to improve my sleep hygiene. I've been working on this a lot and I still got a lot of good new useful information. I have large hands and wrists, the watch fits me great. It would probably fit from a man's small wrist up to even larger than mine.

Everything works flawlessly, the package came with 2 chargers, and both work with fine with fast charging and doesn't heat up my watch. All in all good product especially for the price I paid. Looks great too, already got compliments.

This is my first Smartwatch, so there is a steep learning curve, but as a Senior who lives alone, features like the Fall alert (to a friend's phone# and/or 911) and other alarms and reminders are very valuable. The Fitbit-like Health App and Sleep Tracker is also nice.It does not want to sync with my older 2018 Galaxy 9+ (keeps asking for a software update, but not any updates that I could find), but works OK with a 5G Galaxy 21FE (my son's back up phone).Only downside is it's large size for a lady's wrist and a battery that only lasts one day.Fortunately it charges fairly quickly in the morning while I am getting dressed & having breakfast. Hopefully the future ones will be automatically charging via sun, movement, or tiny ZPED.

I bought this watch to replace a different brand. The replaced watch stayed charged for 7 to 10 days . This stays charged for 24 hours. I do not recommend only because I do not want to charge my watch every day

So far the watch is great. No damage and works fine. Only thing is I ordered the cream and got a gray band instead. Not a huge deal.

Love the new Samsung series of watch and phone. Wife and I got the S25 ultra which my upgrade came with the watch so I had to get her a 40mm version and she loves it. Best is I saved big-time with Amazon refurb. Came in OEM box with all OEM packaging and cable and she loves it.

Looked and felt great, this was a refurb so take this with a grain of salt. After setting the watch up it would not receive text or teams messages. I did all the research on how to fix it but it still did not work. I will get another but it will be a new one.
