After a lot of research and consternation, I bought this product to help restore a 3-foot tall antique metal statue that had green oxidation on it in spots all over it from top to bottom. I used a rust remover on it, then stripped it of paint. It would not stay without oxidation and I had to do something. The owner wanted it back. So, I bought this and covered it carefully with two coats. It is beautiful when it is dry. It is not completely matte, nor is is glossy. It is a bit closer to satin finish but on the matte side. It covered the oxidation and, though I have only had 24 hours since I put this on it, the oxidation hasn't seeped through. I painted another piece of metal with it and tried out the gold paint I want to use to cover the black. It looks FABULOUS! I can't wait to paint the gold. It will give this statue a whole new lease on life!The paint is house paint consistency. It is easy to paint on and can be painted on thick or thin. It comes with a brush and rubber gloves and it all cleans up with water. (I cleaned the brush in an old plastic container then poured the water in an out-of-the-way place in our yard which would not affect our plants or dogs. I didnt think it was a good idea to put the clean-up water down the drain.) This product was less expensive than other similar products so I feel I got good value for my money. If I have any follo-up comments over time, I will add them.

This stuff works! It was easy to apply dried fast and the rust on the iron fence was gone.

Def like this stuff! Don't know about rust converter, more like rust inhibitor and encapsulater. Restoring my 1969 Nova and this stuff is great for coating the inside of new panels, like the unexposed areas of fenders and what not to prevent repairs or future damage. Also, a little bit goes a long way for sure. This one quart container has covered both front fenders inners, core support and front frame rails with about 8oz left.

What a fantastic product. I brushed some steering knuckles with a wire brush rinsed them off let them dry and coated them and they look amazing

While it didn't leak, the bag did explode inside the bucket. So, I need to fish that out before using it.I'm hoping the paint is worth the trouble and doesn't dry out before I can get to it.

Went further then I thought. Hard to wash off. That's a good thing. Looks good.

Worked great on some rusted patio furniture. WIll purchase again for sure! Dried faster than they said.

Product went on great and looked great until almost a week on its starting to peel on all the edges.
