I've been taking this every morning for 3 weeks. I mix 1/16 of a teaspoon (approximately 600mg) with 6oz warm to hot water and stir for about 30 seconds. Once the spoon is clear, I add 2 oz of cold water from my fridge to cool it down.I have noticed an increase in clarity/focus. I have also noticed that I have more stamina when working out. This is the little boost I was looking for to get through my busy days and stay motivated during the cold, dark days of winter. The effects aren't miraculous, but noticeable.The taste is not bad but has an earthy flavor, like the smell in the woods after a lot of rain. I mixed it with my morning coffee at first, but it changed the flavor too much so I switched to just water. It is a small bottle, so I was doubtful that it would last 2 months as advertised, but nearly a month in, I have been surprised.The resin is very thick and sticky, so I didn't like using the measuring sticks (2) that were included with the packaging. Using a small measuring spoon makes it much more accurate and clean. Also, there were no directions or examples to follow (That's why I'm writing this review) so I wasn't sure I was getting the correct amount.I will finish this bottle, wait the recommended 2-3 weeks and buy again.

I like this product, but it is sold with 1.05 oz. in what appears to be a 2 oz. jar. Upon opening, the jar is half full. I would be more satisfied, getting a full jar and paying a little more, than opening a jar that is half full.

I work odd hours and my sleep is erratic. After about a week of using this product, I noticed I was sleeping a full 6 to 8 hours and waking up without feeling groggy. I had energy throughout the day.....highly recommend

I was genuinely SHOCKED by this resin! I didn’t have any expectations when I first started using this but then I quickly realized that this was actually working for me!! I’m a mom of 2 boys and I am ALWAYS exhausted! My youngest is 6 months old and hasn’t been letting me get much sleep, so when I noticed that I wasn’t feeling my usual afternoon crash it immediately caught my attention! Another change I quickly noticed was that I was starting to remember small details like remembering to add something to my shopping list. (Which is a big deal when you’re sleep deprived). Lastly I noticed I was starting to have energy to get things done around the house. I actually tackled my junk closet!! Now the only thing I had been doing differently was I started taking this resin in the morning with my coffee. It dissolves easily and I didn’t notice any change in flavor to my coffee which makes this extremely easy to take! I even convinced my husband to start taking this with me. I truly was amazed by this resin, I am going to continue to keep taking it and I highly recommend it to anyone else. Give it a try!
