Comments on new Minolta MNB10Z Camera after several photo shoot tests
This is a good high resolution camera. Maybee Im not doing something right but I noticed the camera had a narrow range of F-stops. And when I selected SCN > SCENE the images seemed to be too bright. Besides those two issues the camera works very well with a easy to use User Manual (not really complex like the Canon R100 camera that is 600+ pages. This manual is under 100 pages that will make learning details quicker. The viewer screen works nice. I set the camera to a lower resolution. Working with the large 64k image files can be slow when they are moved to the PC,

Photo quality/stabilization.
Not satisfied with photo quality & stabilization feature. Having to turn out the view finder can be difficult for someone with hand problems.

disappointed-hoped for more.
nice looking and feeling camera-lots of features. However, I bought this camera since my kodak 16 and 20 mega pixel cameras have blurring issues when taking non flash art museum photos. I thought that with the much higher mega pixel rating of this camera, that I could take much better indoor non-flash art museum photos. After taking the camera to 3 art museum visits, I discovered, much to my disappointment, that this is not the case. It is hit or miss, with approx half of photos taken in focus and the rest blurred, in fact, a worse record than my 20 mega pixel Kodak, which has almost all artwork photographed in focus. If this camera worked out, I would have also bought its' cheaper little brother, same pixel rating-not now. I also discovered that Minolta batteries for this camera are sold out-no indication when they will be in stock again-not sure if comparable non-Minolta batteries will work with the camera. In good light, fortunately, camera is very sharp-big fall off in low light. I will now just use this camera as a backup to my other Kodak cameras. ps-just checked the manual despite 64 mp status-cmos sensor is actually only 8 mp-explaining disappointing low light shots. although manual says you can manually adjust the iso-this is actually not available choice in camera settings menu-turns out my 2 kodak cameras actually have 10 mp cmos sensors-accounting for perceived better low light performance from these cameras

Provides all the necessary tools to level up from phone photography
The camera has met all expectations and consistently delivers(in the right lighting) 62 - 64 MP images. Currently only taking photos and haven’t used the video feature.
